Really good pizza! Crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Definitely worth trying!

I spoke with Jasper about a Long White Hair found in the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza and sent him a picture in the email. He tried to deny that the Hair inside the doughwas from their location. I was appalled because i had guests over and it’s not pleasing to find poor quality and customer service.

We like Papa John’s and we like pizza from this location. We come here every week. Thanks.

The BEST Papa Johns pizza I have had in a long time!! I order from various locations in the city and the Buffalo Run Papa Johns Pizza location makes the best ZA! Perfect amount of toppings (more than other locations), cut in proper size pieces and friendly service!

A little pricey

This is the second time weve ordered from this location and never again. The first time was also a bad experience but they were new and we thought they were having growing pains. It was a works pizza which came with three pieces of bell peppers and five olives, and six pepperoni. Yes i counted. On the whole large pizza… but whatever.

Months later; The saddest NY pizza. Wtf. Papa Johns is a franchise, they should be standardized….but wtf. Saddest tiniest pepperonis… youre lucky to get 4 per slice. And the super hawaiian also tasted off.

NEVER AGAIN.

Placed online order 09/08/24 6pm and never received a notification for pickup. Drove to location and found pizzas sitting on shelf. Others waiting were in the same situation. Toppings poor and pizza bland. First and last time for Papa John's.

I ordered this for delivery tonight after over an hour of waiting gave the store a call. Told me they had one driver and that he was in the washroom for over 40 minutes with cramps and that he was on his way and wouldn’t be longer than 5 minutes. I waited another 35 minutes before calling again and said that they were closed despite the website saying it closes at 1. So now I’m down $32 have no food got no refund and hungry. Will never be ordering from this restaurant again. Actually scammed out of my money

So disappointed. The boneless wings were basically breaded chicken nuggets, poorly, doused in sauce and soggy. I ordered the garlic Parmesan bread sticks and they were so overcooked the outside was hard when delivered. The pepperoni pizza was so incredibly greasy it was leaking through the box onto the table.
