Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered a pizza online. First the attendant called me and said “i need to be there in 5 mins” otherwise she’s cancelling the order.

When i said i’ll be there. I went in, and she said that someone came in and got my food already.

She gave the food to the wrong person. Unreal.

Refunded. Don’t visit this place.

They put pork and onion on my pizza and we do
Not eat pork at all. The manager did not care at all. He was rude and ignorant and the hole thing

Had a delivery driver get mad at me over the phone and berate me. Eventually got the single small pepperoni pizza I ordered, and it was cold and undercooked even though I specified “well done”.
Will never order from here again, lazy entitled attitude, aggressive delivery driver. Really terrible all around

I called regarding a bug on the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza that I ordered last Fri. We were grossed out and couldn’t eat the rest. I called around 4PM, the lady said to call back at 8PM because that’s when the manager comes. I called, nobody answered. I called again the next morning. It seems they can’t fix complaints in a timely manner. They promised me a refund and a pizza to make up for it anytime. I called to order the pizza for a dinner to which the lady I spoke with denied that I have a refund and pizza on them. She asked me to come at 7:20-08:00PM to talk to the manager. It seems like they don’t communicate well. 7:20-8:00PM is too late to bring something out to a dinner. Very disappointing.

It's a great place!, it's very good tasting pizza and the workers are so polite and hard working. Hardly recommend this place

I often have to order at late hours and i have always been met with kind servuce and good atmosphere. And i have recieved good food on top of it all

I love this place, the people that work here are so kind and they work quickly. It is always clean. I order some pretty weird pizzas sometimes and they always get my order perfectly right.

I come pretty often and at this point they my name and recognise my order. Totally recommend!

Really good pizza! Crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Definitely worth trying!

I spoke with Jasper about a Long White Hair found in the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza and sent him a picture in the email. He tried to deny that the Hair inside the doughwas from their location. I was appalled because i had guests over and it’s not pleasing to find poor quality and customer service.

We like Papa John’s and we like pizza from this location. We come here every week. Thanks.

The BEST Papa Johns pizza I have had in a long time!! I order from various locations in the city and the Buffalo Run Papa Johns Pizza location makes the best ZA! Perfect amount of toppings (more than other locations), cut in proper size pieces and friendly service!
