they'll have you sign up for all their promotional text messaging and emails and give you points for doing so, and then remove your points just a few days later saying they expired??

Papa John’s Buckeystown Pike Frederick MD. Ordered two pizzas and one was the wrong pizza, a much cheaper version of course and the second pizza was nearly burned. Also took 15 minutes longer than originally stated. I would avoid them or makes sure you check the pizza carefully before you leave or accept it if using delivery.

it was untasty, cold, didn't have the toppings I ordered, mainly crust, on a small. A WASTE OF MONEY!

first time we ordered. the pizza was hirrible. the crust was hard as a rock. tasted like cardboard. very little sauce. i asked for extra pinapple and about 3 pieces had no pineapple. very disappointed.

Never will order from this pizza store again,I completely don’t understand how this store is still functioning, the worst quality of cheese sticks ,tasteless, dry , cheese almost not there ,this store definitely saving lots of money on ingredients, order was not worth the money ,very poor quality, I will never recommend to anyone to buy pizza from this store ,

I was a bit disappointed with the service. A dark-haired woman shouted something from the kitchen when I walked in, and later asked in a rather unfriendly way if I wanted pickup or to order, even though I had a delivery bag with me. The interaction felt impolite — I believe a warmer approach would make the experience much better

I placed a bulk order for a company event with Papa John’s, Cornerstone location and MANPREET was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is such a sweet and respectful young lady who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, her communication was clear and professional. Both of our large deliveries arrived right on time, exactly as promised. Truly impressed with how she managed everything so well for a big order. To be fair, I think the staff here are trying their best. However I don’t know if it’s just a general policy now for Papa Johns, because their quality is obviously lower than it used to be. It’s a combination of lesser amount of ingredients being used, taste quality, etc.- And this branch is not exempted from this. it’s sad because this used to be my goto pizza place. I guess now I have to drive 15 minutes to Seniores to get a better experience.

Gray Tennessee location We ordered a pizza for delivery and 20 minutes after it should of been delivered it showed cancelled. We called and was told the driver was leaving with it as we spoke. A half hour later we got a call that they couldn’t find our address and we have had pizza from there delivered before. They said they went to our neighbors house and they said it wasn’t theirs. Funny how they didn’t call while they were out with the pizza !!! He then said we can come pick it up. I’m sorry I’m not picking up a cold pizza that was ready over a hour ago. Terrible phone ordering service. Instead of being able to talk to a local person, when their website is actually down right now, they route the calls to someone in a foreign country to save money. I get it, it’s a business, but it’s a stupid business decision because I hung up and called someone else. When your call center rep barely speaks English, you’re not saving money, you’re losing customers.

I always share best experience this is my favorite store but this time I m unhappy I just ordered pizza but dough was smelly not fresh I m really disappointed this is not worth it
