Always hot, always delicious. This is our regular spot to order from because of the consistency delivering great pizza. Been ordering from this exact location for 5 years and we love it!

Order showed up 2 hours after placing it. Called multiple times to keep being told it would arrive in ten minutes. We have been loyal PJ customers for years but after this same thing happening multiple times we will not be ordering from them again. Screaming starving tiny children thanks to their lack of ability to manage their order volume.

You order online and, in a short time, ready for pickup. Quick and fast. . . . One of the best franchise pizza.

Ordered 4 pizzas through Skip and received 3. I had company and thought I would call them because we wanted the pizza not a refund. At first they said ‘of course’ when she realized the mistake. Then a few minutes later the manager called back and said ‘complain to Skip, we are not song another pizza’.

There are a lot of other Papa John’s around. That one lost my custom. They may not need it.

Amazing place and staff! Pizza order was super quick and it tasted delicious.

Ordered 3 pizzas and wings. They arrived missing toppings, undercooked, and the wings had a comical bit of sauce (a pic we had to include for comedic value). Complaint went nowhere of value after discussion with the Manager.

I ordered a medium butter chicken pizza and it had only 6 pieces of chicken on it. But why, It's chicken pizza. Why put 6 pcs of chicken on it. Not happy. Sounds like a cheap owner!!! . Deserves quarter of a star only!!!!

I recently ordered a pizza from this location and was extremely disappointed with the service. When I arrived to place my order, the employees were standing around, laughing and chatting amongst themselves. I thought to myself, okay maybe it’s just a slow day, employees are allowed a break. I was told my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, but when I came back to pick it up, they hadn’t even started making it. The staff continued to joke around and chat, completely ignoring their responsibilities and the order that was placed. This kind of horrible service is unacceptable. The pizza? You can skip that too. I am not confident that these people are following sanitary protocols based on what I witnessed when they made the pizza. I will not be returning to this location and I suggest management retrain everyone here.

This was the worst pizza we have gotten from here and bad customer service. When my husband walked in all 5-7 employees looked at him and said nothing(not the 1st time this has happened) Get the pizza home and both pizzas are barely cut, cheese was weird looking, almost like fake cheese. And the cheese on top not completely melted. Maybe that’s why the cheese looked weird.
Definitely won’t be ordering from here for a long time.
