Papa John's Pizza

Worst Philly steak and cheese bread I've ever had from papa John's . Oily and soggy. they don't put enough cheese or toppings. And maybe they used expired or old dough for my pizza. Sauce is not tasty at all. And no customer service. Not friendly staff specially the midnight shift tall iranian guy.

I ordered pizza through DoorDash around midnight, and it was delivered within an hour. I’m a regular customer and always order it well done, and usually everything is great. But this time the pizza was extremely dry, almost like a cracker, and the taste was noticeably different. It didn’t feel like a proper well-done pizza, but rather overcooked and ruined.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I told them I was allergic to onions and they gave me extra onions. The buffalo wings had no sauce on them and they forgot my garlic dips.

If I could rate this garbage business any lower I would.. the food was absolutely horrible.. the chicken was gross and rubbery and even by their skimpy measured standards they even did below that skimping on toppings and measurements.. after trying and wanting to return it immediately they give us the run around and offer a free pizza who wants free of something that’s terrible.. we just wanted our refund, get the run around for two days promised our refund by head office only to have the owner of franchise restaurant say no only some free pizza or credit to a place we would never eat at again… after head office tells us basically customers Dnt matter, our franchisee does and makes the decision.. so we go to papa johns to address the issue and ask for the owners information and record the interaction with the so called manager Ahmad, am told to get out and he will call the police and would sue me if I was recording.. no swearing no threatening just asked for owners contact info and when talked about how bad our order was, his defence was ‘ the chicken already comes cooked(so basically they just microwave the chicken is what he’s saying.. the taste was horribly bland and we tried to return literally the entire order, weren’t trying to get free anything just wanted no part of how disgusting that food was… and after now reading the reviews I shouldn’t be surprised at all… we will be contacting BBB and other consumer reports like the local news, as we recorded all phone calls and interactions with this business… Unless u are sure and absolutey positive that’s what u want to eat DO NOT TRY THIS FOOD ESPECIALLY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!!! Whether it’s poorly made, reheated food or just plain terrible they do not care of ur opinion as long as they got ur money

I order pizza from papa johns EVERY Sunday, have for the last two years. My last two orders have been soggy, not well done as stated, no extra tomatoes, or extra bacon as requested, and paid for. I try to call for the very first time because I don't like to complain, but twice in a row now I figure I should at least let them know something is off. They don't answer the phone, just keep ringing or hanging up. You just lost a customer that spends over $100 a week with you. Done, there are many other options out there, good luck staying in business.

I recently visited this place and after a quick conversation with the staff I came to know that the owner of the place doesn't pay their employees for the time they work, don't give them breaks and also don't forward the tip to employees. Like this is ridiculous how one could treat their employees like this. Papa John's franchise really needs to see what their franchise owners do with their employees. I would really just like people to stay away from this place and not to order from here.

People who are making pizza doesn't wear gloves, no hair net as well. They are grabbing pizza and ingredients with their bare hands. I'm not ordering there anymore. I don't want their sweat on my pizza while making dough. Lol

Need to improve waiting area.
Atleast space for pickup and too seat people who is waiting for the food.
