Ordered a pizza here a few times. Have a problem with one of the workers. He has his headphones in most of the time and pays no attention to his surroundings. Doesn't hear me or respond when yell to get his attention. Last time I got a pizza it had a huge chunk missing in the middle of it. I went back the next day to ask for a refund and I was given excuses by the manager as to why that happened. Eventually I was promised a refund but have not received it yet. This store should be shut down. Most unprofessional.

Loved this location but somehow, they Failed us yesterday. Tgis was our second order of the day. First order was 7 boxes of pizza and they were perfect. Second order was 3 boxes. We had friends and families come over always serve them Papa John's. On second order one the pizza's Super Hawaian was stuck in the box. Not one slice was spared and fell apart when pulling a slice. In the end, its like eating mashed pizza.

I placed an order for a Thin crust chicken and 3 cheese with garlice cup sauce yesterday, and it was outstanding. The delivery personnel's behavior was also commendable 👍
Ok … Ordered 2 Pizzas . I wish I took pictures but we couldn’t stop laughing at what they delivered ! First The SPECIAL $17.99 NewYork Style Pizza was a 5/5 for the size and cost ?. NOW on the other hand the Canadian Pizza , which has Pepperoni, Bacon and mushrooms? That was laughable … maybe on a Large Pizza … 12 pepperoni but on the cheaper NewYork Style every inch of XL pizza was covered . 45 slices . Mushrooms maybe 1.5 Cremini mushrooms… and 1/2 a slice of bacon . My grandson used his magnifying glass to see the bacon and shrivelled mushroom pieces . That’s why we couldn’t stop laughing . I would say Order from this location at your own risk . I’m going to try a different location to see if this is Papa Johns overall standard or just this locations standard!
