I don’t know what these guys do differently but I always love getting pizza from this location specifically.

The worst pizza experience I've ever had at a Papa John's and in general. I've had a decent experience at other locations in the past but I won't be ordering Papa John's again. Get Royal Pizza if in the Seton area, much better quality control and great food.

My last order/experience:

Bone in wings:
- Undercooked/wet skin, fatty, cheewy and they got the flavor wrong.

Bone in wings:
- Mostly breading, wrong flavor, not tossed in sauce, maybe 20% had drippings of sauce on them.

Pizza:
- Crust was hard and brittle it was cooked so much the crust was like eating a giant dried out cracker, no taste in the sauce, minimal sauce and cheese.

Dips:
- I was supposed to get multiple dips, only got 1 ranch dip.

Worst pizza ever tasted this is not what papa john pizza should be tried from various different locations but this is the worst one the crushed pepper 1.30$ ridiculous with a pizza like this ruined my whole my appetite the base was super thin even with the regular topping falling apart no taste of pizza sauce. I guess we are not getting anything when we order thin crust improve the quality.

Pizza is 90 minutes late.
Phone update says 90 more minutes.
Call the line to cancel and they hang up without answering.
We finally drove there and got our pizzas 2 hours late. Not delivered,and not the correct pizza.

We ordered a pizza yesterday at 4 pm and it was supposed to be delivered by 5:30 pm. Based on the tracking it went into the oven around 8 pm and then wasn't delivered at all. I tried phoning dozens of times to cancel the order but no one answered all night. The order was finally cancelled on their end over night. No communication or updates on the status tracker about the delay/cancellation.

Last 2 times have been a dissapointm't. Order Tracker would say 'ready for pickup' but got there and 20 other ppl also got the green light BUT no pizzas were ready! Left to do groceries and came back. Imagine not ready when it said it is. Tried Chaparral (Walden) location 3x since and they're quick! Way better

This evening we stopped by and wanted to shout out the young cashier working this evening(10pm, 29 august 2025), we didnt get his name but he did a great job!

Couldn't even place my order. The guy at the counter doesn't understand English at all.

This was the worst order of papadias I have ever seen. The crust was flat, almost no sauce in my BBQ chicken one, neither was cut and impossible to hold because it was floppy and filling fell out. Disgusting. What makes it worse is there is no answer at the store after several attempts. Busy? I'm sure if it but there is no excuse for this terrible food.

This PapaJohns location is new to my family and we are very disappointed with the quality of pizza's at this location compared to the previous one. The owner of this franchise location must be super cheap or cut's corners because they skimp majorly on toppings. I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Our last order for the two large 2 toppings pizza special was pathetic and will be our last order at this location. Does the owner and management think people won't notice that you cheap out on toppings? Not only was there a lack of toppings, it looked like they randomly threw a few pepperoni and sausages on the pizza with no attention to presentation, layout or detail. I've seen this before when I worked with a corporate food service supply company..cutting corners and using inferior quality (cheaper) products/ingredients to save a buck. Surprised they haven't started to charge for the pizza boxes. Greed is a real thing... and it really shows at this location. You won't get another dime from us or our friends that I have shared this with on social media.

got an allergic reaction to my pizza? I am only allergic to cashews so this is highly concerning if staff wash their hands or not. next time I will be ordering from the Copperfield location to ensure my health and safety. wash your hands

This Papa Johns lacks attention to standards and does not deliver on the Papa John's experience. The peppers were dry and shriveled. The garlic sauce was already open and upside. And worst of all,

The corner tab wasn't even assembled. the pizza was meh. Do not recommend

I personally feel like you should have some English skills to be able to work at a restaurant, because when we both have to struggle to understand each other on the phone it becomes an issue.
