Papa Johns Pizza

This was the worst order of papadias I have ever seen. The crust was flat, almost no sauce in my BBQ chicken one, neither was cut and impossible to hold because it was floppy and filling fell out. Disgusting. What makes it worse is there is no answer at the store after several attempts. Busy? I'm sure if it but there is no excuse for this terrible food.

This PapaJohns location is new to my family and we are very disappointed with the quality of pizza's at this location compared to the previous one. The owner of this franchise location must be super cheap or cut's corners because they skimp majorly on toppings. I guess we shouldn't be surprised. Our last order for the two large 2 toppings pizza special was pathetic and will be our last order at this location. Does the owner and management think people won't notice that you cheap out on toppings? Not only was there a lack of toppings, it looked like they randomly threw a few pepperoni and sausages on the pizza with no attention to presentation, layout or detail. I've seen this before when I worked with a corporate food service supply company..cutting corners and using inferior quality (cheaper) products/ingredients to save a buck. Surprised they haven't started to charge for the pizza boxes. Greed is a real thing... and it really shows at this location. You won't get another dime from us or our friends that I have shared this with on social media.

got an allergic reaction to my pizza? I am only allergic to cashews so this is highly concerning if staff wash their hands or not. next time I will be ordering from the Copperfield location to ensure my health and safety. wash your hands

This Papa Johns lacks attention to standards and does not deliver on the Papa John's experience. The peppers were dry and shriveled. The garlic sauce was already open and upside. And worst of all,

The corner tab wasn't even assembled. the pizza was meh. Do not recommend

I personally feel like you should have some English skills to be able to work at a restaurant, because when we both have to struggle to understand each other on the phone it becomes an issue.

90% of the time their estimate for food being ready is wrong, and don’t bother ordering your pizza square cut because they’re either going to pie cut it anyway or pie cut it THEN square cut it. Also last time we ordered the garlic knots were raw in the center. Food tastes alright but my lord they get quite a bit wrong quite often

Ordered and epic stuffed crust got no stuffed crust yet paid the extra amount for it.
When I walked in to pick up my order, not one person said hello I was simply greeted with unwelcoming faces, after I received my pizza I said thank you and to have a wonderful evening again simply no response. The service here was so unpleasant will simply be finding a different papa johns pizza to go to.

This is a mouse pad pizza with less than a 100g of cheese on top. The dough is made of rubber and is overcooked. First and last with a pi,za that used to be good. $46 lost for absolutely nothing here.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!! First time writing a negative review but very much warranted. Placed an order online and after it was placed, it said it would 105 minutes for delivery. This was too long as we needed to leave the house well before that and assumed delivery would be a standard 30 mins. Called to cancel the order and they said sure. When we arrived home later that night, order was sitting outside and we had been charged on our credit card. Tried to call store to discuss, someone answered and said “we’re too busy, call in 10 minutes” and hung up. Tried calling several times since and they just answer and end call without saying anything. Avoid this place and terrible staff/management. Go to another location or try other pizza options in the area that are at least humane to customers. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

We ordered an early pick up on Halloween, but it didn’t matter because there was a line up out the door when I got there.
Completely disorganized, the app said the order was ready for pick up, but it wasn’t, and I had to wait an additional hour, over 2 hours from the time of placing the order.
In the end, they put my name on someone else’s order, so we didn’t even get the correct food.
Being busy is one thing, but that place has terrible management (non existent).
Completely bad experience.

Order Uber eats… The order arrives, it’s not my order. The Uber driver goes to drive away, comes back and says hey. I just got the delivery assigned to me. I need that food back… So I contact Uber, explain what happened and show them the pictures. They acknowledge and provide me a full refund as well as as a credit as an apology. They also explained to me that the STORE realized their mistake and contacted them.

So I called the store, simply to ask why I did not get a courtesy call at least to let me know that there was a mistake made. The employee denied it and then passed the phone to the manager who also denied anyone contacted Uber regarding their mistake and refused to acknowledge they gave the wrong order to the Uber driver…

A simple phone call to warn me in advance would have resulted in me simply re-ordering knowing I’d get a full refund…. Why lie to someone?
