Papa Murphy's Pizza

The thin crust pizza is not hand tossed Papa Murphy's dough. It tastes like a store bought pre-made crust.

Ingredients were bland and sparing. They also cut costs by using repackaged commercial grade garlic cream.

Not sure how the franchise gets away with this.. If you want the real Papa Murphy's experience go to the Sunalta location.

takes advantage of people new to this country and exploits them for free (slave) labor knowing they have nothing else... DISGUSTING

the owner of this location has taken advantage of refugees looking for work and making them work for free. and now that one of three who have spoken out about it. they have threatened them with police and threatened them of deportation just for speaking out. absolutely gross and predatory behavior. not to mention made of them make pizzas for the owners family cause the owner is a lazy POS who can't cook dinner 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 I hope the owner enjoys the spotlight now and the multiple calls that will be going to corporate office about this. keep making these threats to that poor woman, and you're gonna see a whole lot more back lash, loser.

My kids number 1 pizza favorite, price is good tatse is good plus friendly staff! Come visit them guys

I'm very disappointed with the service I received here recently. I have been a customer since I moved to Acadia a few years back. Their pizza has always been good, even seeing how others have not thought so. However, I ordered pizza online for dinner. I had the payment proof and everything to show, and they said it didn't show up. There's nothing they could do even with the proof of purchase in the email and asked me to pay again. I think that was very poor service on their end. My bank statement online even showed it went through, I even called my bank, so for them to cause unnecessary stress and not provide the order I paid for, with the proof of purchase, my family waiting to eat I'm not happy at all. I'm sad I will not be going back as the pizza was good in the past but to have the service I did with no reason not have my order, I will be going else where, its not worth it. I give one star because of previous orders only. First thing tomorrow, I'll be needing to take time now to call my bank and dispute the charge, as I paid for service I won't receive. Very disappointing.

The most horrific experience I’ve ever had with ordering delivery, a single mom of two children, ordered pizza as a treat on the way home in Calgary, not a lot of money to spare this would have fed the kids and I for dinner and lunch for the rest of our way home.
Firstly, they were not here at the correct time, I made sure to be in the lobby early, they did not ask for the name at the front desk nor did they send an email to say they have arrived.
I called after a half hour of delivery and it was stated it was delivered. But in fact was not. They told me they would re do the order and send it again. I waited in the lobby again for 20 minutes after delivery before calling. They DID not put in my order again and refused a refund or to make my order. I even drove to the place at 945 pm 2.5 hours after food was supposed to be delivered for a second time, with no food and refund and only excuses. Thankfully I was able to have enough money to get them dinner from a fast food place by 1030 pm.
Absolutely disgusted by this. Would not recommend at all. And maybe you should have your delivery drivers follow god damn protocol as well! Shame on you. Hope you’re happy with making a woman and her children cry.

Very friendly staff and delicious pizzas they make. Lot of variety in pizzas. Also their cinnamon monkey bread is too good. Definitely recommend it.

Over the years I have had my fair share of pizza. Some exceptionally good and some exceptionally bad. This, by far, has been the worst pizza that I have ever had. Firstly, next to nothing of flavor. The cheese, peppers, sauce, and meat all have the same basic taste. The same bland, disappointing, forgettable taste. And that mirrors the crust. Though it was light and airy, it was void of anything flavor. Even the slightest hint of salt would have been welcome and much needed. Maybe it would have been better if it had all the toppings that I had ordered. Fortunately, or so I thought, maybe things will be redeemed with the pepperoni and cheese calzone? Wrong. The title itself is a borderline contradiction of the actual product. Open the box and it esthetically plays the part. But that is as promising as it got. Much like the pizza, nothing for flavor. Basically, it felt as if the filling was not there. Opened it up and there was a total of 5 thin, almost transparent, slices of pepperoni and a mild presence of cheese. And luck it includes a side of marinara sauce because it is almost as dry on the inside as it is on the outside. It is as if someone accidentally spilled pizza sauce inside and tried to wipe it up but missed a spot. First time and last time.

My fellas are lookin' Fer sum '0 that there zagna£} so I call the place lookin'for the Zagna∆∆ NPE!!! Day got no Zagna!¡! Not goot a tall!!! Well let me tell ya...9
