I had a very disappointing experience at this pizza store. The guy in cap is very rude to all his customers and don’t know how to deal in rush hours. The service was incredibly slow, even though the place wasn’t busy. When the pizza finally arrived, it was lukewarm and lacked flavor. The crust was too hard, and the toppings were sparse and poorly distributed. To top it off, the staff seemed indifferent and not very welcoming. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered Paneer pizza and Cheesa pizza via uber eats and not satisfied completely as the pizza were not that hot and pizza bread was bit hard. Sorry, wont be ordering next time

We used to order once a week with no issue. Management or ownership recently changed, and now our online orders aren't even being prepped until we arrive at the time it should be ready for pick up. Then we have to stand around and wait for 15 to 20 minutes for our food to be ready - 45 to 50 minutes after we initially ordered. This has happens twice in a row now, and they just blame the ordering system. If you know it's a problem, get it fixed. There are lots of other pizza places in the neighbourhood who get the order ready on time - we'll order there next time.

I came around one Sunday to grab Pizza and this said man engaged me in a conversation stating he’ll offer me discounts when I come to grab pizza for the organization I attend.

I called last week to order some large pizza’s and I was told to come in 30 mins . I was got there and almost 45mins later it wasn’t ready. No apologies yet the man attending to me ( the one that had promised the discount)was rather Rude.

I finished paying for the pizzas and wanted to take the receipt because the man selling to me was not concentrating on finishing with me and he yelled at me. “ Madam …”

Great Pizza but , I’ll choose my respect over taste.

We have been to papa murphy's a few times. Today we decided that we would order through delivery as we didn't want to leave the house so late at night with our baby. But we usually order in store and wait for the order to be ready. Today we ordered the Think N Cheesy bread, there was a promotion of 2 for 1. When we Recieved out order my husband noticed that the dough was very under cooked almost raw. I called the store to let them know of this and the guy was less than helpful. He asked for us to send pictures in through email, we did. And then he proceeded to tell me that I shouldn't complain about the food because I got it on promotion.I couldn't believe my ears hahaha he did offer to make us new ones, but no point because like mentioned before, it's too late at night to leave the house with the baby. We unfortunately will not be going back.

Have been eating at Papa Murphys for sometime and often would sleep on it but it’s definitely above and beyond the competition. The take and bake is great for lost cost easy and high quality home dinners and although wait times can be long it’s cause you can know it comes fresh, and at an unbeatable price. 100% would recommend!
