We were recommended this place by friends and we went to try it! Waitress was amazing. Food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone to go and try.We will be coming back!

Great food, great atmosphere great place server was great very attentive. Our food came out promptly the wings, the pizza, the nachos the spaghetti everything was excellent at this place. Highly recommended. Please go try this place. If you haven’t you won’t be disappointed and it’s light on the wallet.

Was here for lunch express. Price wise it's ok but it's not as great as the picture. Taste wise it's mediocre, leaning on to the dry side. Customer service could be better.

We ordered food last night at 11 pm, one hour before closing, we were told there was an hour wait time but over an hour later we called to see if we were still getting our food. The cleaner picked up and told us that the restaurant was closed. We made a review talking about our experience and the owner replied telling us we had made a fake review after making a fake order and that the delivery driver had come to our house knocked numerous times, rang the door bell and called my phone number, unless they had gotten the wrong phone number and address this did not happen. We were sitting in the room next to the door with the window and curtains open if they came to the house we would have been able to hear and see them. While ordering the lady on the phone couldn’t hear me well so this may have been where the confusion started. Firstly I waited over an hour for food that never showed up. Secondly I get accused of “prank calling”. I am NOT impressed.

We ordered food around 11 pm and we were told we would have a wait time of around an hour. When we called after midnight because we never received our food the cleaner picked up telling us he could not help because all the workers had left. If they knew they could not provide us our food before they closed they should not have taken our order. Severely disappointed. Will NOT be ordering again. Big waste of time, do not recommend. I would have respected a call to inform me that they could not complete my order but no, my order got cancelled without my knowledge.

Great food, nice atmosphere, I think it may have been a Boston Pizza at one time, but Paul's pizza fits very nicely in there. I also love that their restaurant and lounge are separate!

Very Bad Experience – Staff Needs Serious Training

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant because of the staff. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all. If you can’t treat people with basic manners, you have no business working in hospitality. I came to enjoy a meal, not to be disrespected. I’ll never come back here, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless they seriously improve their customer service.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this restaurant for almost two years. Every week, I either dine in or order takeout. Because I have a young child, I’m often unable to sit inside the restaurant, so I usually take my food and eat in the car. Despite these limitations, I’ve always stayed loyal because I genuinely enjoy the pizza here.

However, my most recent experience was so disappointing and disrespectful that I’m now seriously reconsidering whether I’ll ever return.

Just like always, I ordered a large pizza and politely asked the staff to include one spicy sauce and one mayonnaise in the box—something that has always been done without issue. But this time, the staff responded with rudeness and even a condescending tone, saying I had to pay extra for the sauces. There was no understanding, no respect, and no acknowledgment that I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

It’s truly unfortunate that a restaurant with premium prices would treat its regular customers this way—as if I was asking for something unreasonable or trying to get something for free. This is not a cheap corner pizza shop or a sauce stand. It’s a full-service restaurant, yet the behavior of the counter staff felt like something out of a chaotic fast food joint.

It was clear that the staff only treat dine-in customers well—especially those who tip directly. If you’re simply picking up your food, you’re made to feel unimportant and unwelcome. That kind of behavior is unprofessional, low-class, and completely unacceptable.

For a restaurant located in an average neighborhood, with above-average prices, the least one expects is respect and appreciation for loyal customers—not humiliation over a simple request for a sauce.

I’m truly disappointed. You’ve lost a loyal customer over one bad attitude and poor service.
Even places that have a lot of customers like McDonald's, Tim Horton's, Papa John's, etc. that sell cheap food don't treat customers like this. Do you charge someone for sauce when they eat this food in a restaurant, or do you charge more for the food inside and charge more for the food outside, but you charge for a little sauce?

Ask your employees to be a little more polite. If it's busy and they're stressed out, they shouldn't work, rather than be rude to customers.

We absolutely love Paul’s Pizza! Clair is a rockstar — always so friendly, attentive, and makes us feel right at home. The value here is incredible — the portions are generous and the prices are more than fair. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and everything is spotless. It’s just one of those places that never disappoints. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
