Went to Paul's because the restaurant in the hotel i was staying in was closed early on a Sunday. Boy, am i glad they were closed and I got the chance to experience this incredible pizza. I live in Edmonton and will definitely be coming back when in town. This pizza is so thick, and GOOD!

Ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was decent . Upgarded to sweet potatoe fries, undercooked. Never really tried their menu items other than Pizza. Was mediocre. Their pizza is amazing though. My boyfriend had the baked pasta fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp. The chicken was a texture issue. Other than they he did enjoy.
Definitely worth it for pizza and pasta. Service has always been amazing.
Want to say, they did go above and beyond when they noticed all the chicken was picked out and not eaten.

Great food, great atmosphere great place server was great very attentive. Our food came out promptly the wings, the pizza, the nachos the spaghetti everything was excellent at this place. We ordered food last night at 11 pm, one hour before closing, we were told there was an hour wait time but over an hour later we called to see if we were still getting our food. The cleaner picked up and told us that the restaurant was closed. We made a review talking about our experience and the owner replied telling us we had made a fake review after making a fake order and that the delivery driver had come to our house knocked numerous times, rang the door bell and called my phone number, unless they had gotten the wrong phone number and address this did not happen. We were sitting in the room next to the door with the window and curtains open if they came to the house we would have been able to hear and see them. While ordering the lady on the phone couldn’t hear me well so this may have been where the confusion started. Firstly I waited over an hour for food that never showed up. Secondly I get accused of “prank calling”. I am NOT impressed.

We ordered food around 11 pm and we were told we would have a wait time of around an hour. When we called after midnight because we never received our food the cleaner picked up telling us he could not help because all the workers had left. If they knew they could not provide us our food before they closed they should not have taken our order. Severely disappointed. Will NOT be ordering again. Big waste of time, do not recommend. I would have respected a call to inform me that they could not complete my order but no, my order got cancelled without my knowledge.

Very Bad Experience – Staff Needs Serious Training
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant because of the staff. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. It felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all. If you can’t treat people with basic manners, you have no business working in hospitality. I came to enjoy a meal, not to be disrespected. I’ll never come back here, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless they seriously improve their customer service.
