I just picked up my lunch here. Ordered a chicken Parm sandwich and requested no tomato. The staff that took my order assured me no tomato but last time I checked, tomato sauce is made with tomatoes. I’m sure the sandwich tastes great, if you can eat tomatoes. Wasted $10 and gave a 20% tip on something I can’t eat. The interior is clean and nicely decorated, so I gave 5 stars for atmosphere, only one star for food and service.

Decided to try this place for something different. When you first walk in, it's very small and quaint. Our server was extremely friendly and very attentive. We tried the meatball appetizer, which truthfully was some of the best meatballs I've ever had! We then had two different pizzas, the divolo? And the pepperoni. Both are fantastic and huge portions! We also got the cake of the day, which happened to be a chocolate cake with fudge on top. It was very decadent, moist and fabulous! Overall a great experience with excellent food with lots of leftovers to enjoy week!

This is officially my favourite pizza place in Calgary. Such a lovely and welcoming place with amazing staff. The pizza was phenomenal, even though I was getting full I just couldn't stop eating it haha. Our server, Georgia, was an absolute gem, probably some of the best service I've had in a long time! She was always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed, recommended great pizzas and drinks, and was just an absolute delight! We had a lovely dinner thanks to her attentiveness. If you're looking for a cute date spot, a nice place to get some work done, or just to have a nice dinner with friends, I would 100% recommend going to Pazzi!

How do you rate an excellent food experience and half of your service experience as great and the other half ignored. 3 tables in the restaurant for our whole duration. We’re seated at 8:15 and ordered shortly after. Drinks were addressed and food arrived where we were checked on within 5 minutes of receiving our food. All great. We ate and were having a wonderful experience, so happy. Then we finished, ran out of drinks, ran out of water and sat. We wanted dessert and couldn’t decide, should we get the lemoncello or the cinnamon.Watched the waitress put away dishes and replenish the front end. Another customer flagged her down for a takeout box and that was the que for them to pay and leave. It’s been 10 minutes of us waiting and the waitress wouldn’t even turn to acknowledge us so we can raise a hand even. She started cleaning the table after the customers left because that is more important. Started setting that table until two new customers arrived and were seated. Check out your existing customers?!? Nope, must get back finish setting the table. It’s been 45 minutes since we sat and 15 since we were finished. The 2nd table hasn’t been approached since they got their food either cause this waitress is on a mission to make sure service is lower on her priority list. Now dessert is no longer an option so it’s time to leave. We get up and walk to stand by the door. 5 minutes later we are finally noticed and it’s not because we were by the door, it’s because we were no longer at our table. Now the frustrating and confusing part. She insisted 3 times that we return, walk across the restaurant and sit back down to be approached to pay meanwhile the POS and pay machine is right beside her and us.Loved the pizza but a server will not survive with a systemic process of performing duties. That has to be fixed. Not to mention the two other servers catering to the hotel lounge, frequently crossing through the restaurant and ignoring what they observe each time they walk past a table with empty drinks and empty plates.I so want to give one star because it this is how this situation can snow ball and ruin an evening. We left but we want dessert so we google for a place and need to travel into the downtown core and park to walk to the place. Enter and stand at the door waiting to be greeted, it’s a little busy so we wait. Ignored. 3 groups, unserved get up and leave. We are now alone in a 3/4 full establishment, still waiting. 5 minutes go by and not even greeted or acknowledged yet. We sit looking at the menu, know what we want and wait. Another table waiting gets up to leave unserved. We wait a few more minutes and leave too. What is this trend?!?! We just want to close out our evening so settle for Dairy Queen but must first get to the car and 12 blocks later, driving, the clock strikes 10. Dairy Queen is closed 3 blocks away.See how a special night can be ruined when customers are not prioritized?

The dinner was nicely served and the food was very tasty - pizza and spinach dip (the bread made the dip excellent). Downside was that the exterior door led directly to the restaurant leading to cold drafts when the door opened in the cool weather. Overall, good restaurant that I'd recommend to others.

Very cozy intimate dining experience. We started with the Charred Brussel Sprouts and they were tasty! Followed by the Diavola Pizza paired with a nice red of course- this was absolutely delicious and had a nice hint of heat!

The service was very good! We shared the roasted greens and the whipped ricotta to start. Both were good and a great price on Tuesdays (half price appies). The pizzas were very tasty with a delicious crust. We had the panopoulus, the margarita and the mushroom. We were all very happy with our meal.

Food was fine, If you park underground, you can register your plate. This is not posted anywhere that I saw and was 2 mins past my time and was ticketed. Makes for an expensive dinner. No one asked if I parked underground and didn't see any signs.Parking: Parking is a scammy situation. They sit there and nail you if your two mins late. The restaurant didn't ask if I parked underground to validate my parking. I was ticketed and had to pay 80.00. For this alone, it ruined the evening.

Finally ventured into Pazzi for dinner last night and it did not disappoint. Reservations can easily be made on Open Table. We were cheerfully greeted by Amber who was our server as well. Amber introduced herself and informed us of the specials. She gave us time to review the beverage offerings and food menu. She prompted us for food allergies while taking our order, an excellent server. The food was outstanding the meatballs & pazzi bread appetizers were phenomenal. The Diavola Pizza & Roasted Vegetable sandwich top notch. The space has a sleek modern design with an open kitchen. Needless to say, we will be returning as the service & food exceed our expectations. One small recommendation for the owners invest in uniforms for the front house staff other than that, great job Fleetwood!Vegetarian options: Really good selection of vegetarian items.Dietary restrictions: Server prompted us for allergies/restrictions. They can provide alternatives on some items.Wheelchair accessibility: Located at street level in the Oliver building easily accessible for the mobility impaired.

Visiting Calgary from the States & stopped by here for some pizza & wasn’t disappointed. By pure luck, I arrived right at the beginning of Happy Hour, so I received an exceptional value for some really good food and wine. $15 for all pizzas & $5 for house wine from 2-6pm was a great deal & the experience was quite satisfying. I highly recommend, especially if during HH.
