Best hot and sour soup I've had. Actually all their food is phenomenal but I stick with the hot and sour soup it's my favourite highly recommended and the girls a sweetheart at the front

Both the beef & chicken dishes we ordered were deep fried (did not say this on menu) and not stir-fried as expected. Far too fatty to enjoy, will not be returning. Very disappointing.

We ordered a number of items. The dumplings were very very doughy. Way too thick and heavy dough covering a small amount of stuffing. A definite fail on the dumplings. The chicken chow main crispy noodle dish tasted ok, but had only small amount of chicken and way way too much huge chunks of cabbage. They should call it the crisp noodle cabbage dish with some chicken. The dish/container was only filled 2/3’s full. There are places just down the block that fill their food containers completely full, I mean full to the top! Not 1/2 or 2/3’s full. I won’t be eating here again. Too many way, way better places just down the block. Bye bye!

Everything was well made, not a single item ordered had a flaw.Chicken balls were crispy. Spring rolls were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Vegetable chow main was great. Will eat from Pearl again. Would give them 5 stars, but nothing is perfect. Four and a half for sure.

We have given our business to this restaurant for the last 18 months and we have always ordered over $50. Today we are now waiting 1.5 hours so far for our food to arrive. Two calls to the restaurant have been answered by “please hold”. If you cannot handle the business that you are given by the public, you need to make some serious changes to your delivery and commitments.

We have spent so much money at Richmond road in Calgary. Tonight was an all time low. We ordered in. I called as we were missing our appetizer. The woman left me on hold (the first time) for 6 minutes. Refused to hear me and kept speaking over me. Hung up on me. I was calm and just trying to explain we were missing part of our order. I called back 4 times, just trying to get our appetizer. She kept hanging upon me. Please do not patronize this place. Rude woman. I just wanted the appetizer I paid for. Good food, yes, but man, oh man. That is just wrong. I didn’t deserve that. Jus send someone over with the appetizer I paid for. That’s all I was asking for.
