The worst customer service. No one is available if you need anything. The restaurant is filthy and un organized. The food is great but salty.

This place has gone downhill. I got minor food poisoning from the beef from a regular entree. Need I say more. Stuff don’t taste as fresh no more and business seem slow. But please, nothing worse than a mediocre experience coupled with an explosive dia in 2 hours. Well done!!

I would give 3.5 stars. Ordered 3 dishes. Forgot to take pictures of the other 2. The Peking style pork chop made me drop in stars. It has a lot of fat on the pork chop. Hard to eat. Everything else taste good.

Me and my family couldn’t find any other place to eat and eventually came across this restaurant. As we were seated, it took almost 20 minutes before a waiter came to take our order. Then, another following 30 minutes passed and ONLY one of the dishes we ordered came. And so it repeated, the same thing for our other three dishes. We had atleast a 20-30 minute wait in between each dish. Sure, this would be a bit more reasonable if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t fully packed, which is what threw me off. And not to mention, there were barely any waiters who were walking around to each table so we had to go up to them ourselves, and not to mention one of the waiters’ passive aggressive attitude. Sorry that we asked to get some utensils and a bigger plate than those tiny bowls, alongside some salt and pepper? The service is trash, the wait is so long, the food wasn’t even that good in the end. If you’re looking for a place to eat and are pretty hungry and value actual customer service in a restaurant, this is most definitely not the place to eat at. This is my first and last visit at this excuse of a restaurant and I advise people to not eat here. 😊
I am very used to this restaurant group and i have not been to this one for a long time. As i usually frequent the one in harvest hills, centre st or china town the most. And i find out why i dont come here as often because the food here sucks. I dont care for services in their restaurants but i care about the food lol. And i dont think i'm the only one who thinks this because it was empty when i got there for lunch.
Safe to say i will not come back to this particular one and will continue to visit other locations.

Who knew? You can have dim sum from both sides at Forbidden City or Pebble Street Restaurant. It was tasty as usual. Our favorite today was the sticky rice. Chicken feet are great here too but not today.

Parking: Lots of parking but it can get quite busy during the weekends.

The food is average, and the atmosphere is below standard. The washroom was dirty, which was quite disappointing. The milk tea was also subpar—too much milk and not enough tea flavor. Overall, the presentation of the food was quite ordinary, and it’s not a place I would visit again.
