It was our first time to come here yesterday with my wife, together with a lovely couple.
We ordered siomai, fried rice and chow mien - they all were delicious.
The service though was very mediocre (if it was possible for me to rate their service as negative, I would do so).
Let me explain: finding a table alone took us several minutes because the waitresses were busy with other things. Then when we found a table, it took a decade for a waiter to come and take our order (and mind you, it was already past lunchtime so they were not that busy, and most of the tables were empty). And their menu were mostly in Chinese, so we asked about the food and we also had a hard time conversing with them in English.
Since I personally found their food to be great, but their service was bad, I might just order from them online - that is, if they understand our online order, in the first place.

It’s really okay. That’s about how I would describe it. It’s not just okay. And it’s not great; it’s really okay.
Chicken was fatty, and pork was a little undercooked. You can tell it’s cheap, fatty food if the prices came down a bit or the food quality improved, it would be a great place to

Baked pork chop rice in tomato sauce is delicious, love the HK style cold milk tea. 👍

My go to place for quick and cheap Cantonese food. Generally get congee, wontons, baked pork chop rice.

2 servers always on phones. Waiting half hour for water/menus. Noodles ok. Milk tea ok. $28 Steak is 4 ragged pieces of leftover chewed up dog food. Sent it back to grill more because it was raw inside. Ate only inner half of the 2 big pieces. Oh.. and it smells.

Hard to beat the value pebble street offers for what you pay. Old school Hong Kong Styles cafes are getting harder to find nowadays and this one really represents! Get a special with some milk tea or a slush.

Worst restaurant in the city. The waitresses don’t know how to treat customers let alone human beings. They throw the menu onto the table, don’t greet you, and take your order with a terrible attitude as if you owed them something. One server even ripped the menu off my hands without as much as asking. Never go there unless you don’t value being respected like a human being.

Food is good but service and atmosphere not so great. Which means it's more authentic.
It take 20 minutes to get your order
Had to wait over 10 minutes to get acknowledged and waited over 20 minutes for food to arrive…… the food was large portions and very tasty
The worst customer service. No one is available if you need anything. The restaurant is filthy and un organized. The food is great but salty.
This place has gone downhill. I got minor food poisoning from the beef from a regular entree. Need I say more. Stuff don’t taste as fresh no more and business seem slow. But please, nothing worse than a mediocre experience coupled with an explosive dia in 2 hours. Well done!!
