The quality of this location has gone downhill significantly in the last year or so - skimping on sandwich fillings and a drastic increase in price.
Today I ordered a hot beef and onion sandwich, when I arrived back to my office I was disappointed to find that they didn't even put onions on it.

DONT WASTE UR MONEY here! Cheapest quality sandwhich I ever had. Most pathetic sandwhich I ever had. We ordered Turkey Cran, chicken pesto and italian. Each were poor quality with barely any mayo or sauce, + just lettuce and deli meat. You could make this at home but better and cheaper. The reviews are extremely misleading.
Most these reviews must be people they know cause we were shocked at how cheaply these were made and so were the people sitting across from us.

Very dry sandwiches and basic, I could make these from grocery store for cheaper but with an actual good portion of meat and sauce on it so it doesn't seem like I'm just eating bread for $15. Low quality bread and meats, not worth that insane price tag at all. Extremely disappointed

Some of the best Italian sandwiches in the city. You get your bang for your buck and they have so many options to choose from. This location in particular is very fast and efficient especially during lunch rush. Their 17th ave location is just as good.
