What a gem! This breakfast spot totally exceeded my expectations. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, with just the right hint of sweetnes.
The menu had a great mix of traditional breakfast favorites and savoury options, and everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to start the day.
If you're looking for something comforting yet unique for breakfast, this place is a must-try. I’m already dreaming about my next visit!

Had the onion, bacon, potato, cheese pannenkoeken (savoury pancake), good service, pancake started out delicious but about halfway through I was flagging it was soooo rich. Took the rest home for a second meal so great value!

First time here. The atmosphere is very laid back and feels like home. The food is different but very good. But the BEST part is the staff. We had Stynie as our server. She was such a pleasure to talk to!!! She truly was the cherry on top of our experience with this restaurant. Water boy was always ready to fill our glasses. So polite and thoughtful. Will definitely be back and will bring friends and family to try it out.
I loved this pancake place, my friend is dutch and introduced me. I've been here around 6 times and it's been great UNTIL we're seated in this one older lady's serving section. She completely ignores me after taking my order. She will ask the table how their meal was and chat with them EXCEPT for me. She will NOT make eye contact with me but will for the rest of the table. It's happened more than once with this server. Honestly it's just flat out disrespectful and very rude. This doesn't make me want to come here anymore. Wake up, it's 2024, it's not okay to ignore people that come for a service no matter skin colour, age or whatever reason & prompts reviews like this.
Like another reviewer has mentioned, a pancake is NOT worth the disrespect.

I have a very mixed feelings about my visit here, though I was planing to try this out for a while.
When we just arrived the place was almost empty, as it was pretty early in the morning. We went for the nearest table available, sited ourselves - and only after noticed the “wait to be sited” sign near the entrance. As I’ve mentioned before - the place was empty, so we figured out “what’s done is done” and just waited for the waiter patiently.
It took more than 10 minutes to just received a menu. Even before we were given those, the older lady pointed to us, that “we should have waited to be sited” so I apologized for this unintentional mistake, smiled politely, but I’ve already clearly felt that there is some tension. Weird. It was one of those situations, when you are treated not good, but too good to say something about it.
Our order came after like 25/30mins there already, as the service was just slow. Was it good? Well, comme ci, comme ça. Won’t say it was super tasty, or affordable, just fine.
But given this kind of treatment - I won’t be going back for sure. Till the end of our visit the waiter attitude improved, but I didn’t understand why I was originally treated like a trespasser on someone’s private kitchen.
Customer service should be improved, especially reading those reviews mentioning same person. You know how they say - denial is a river in Egypt, the owner should take a closer look at their employees.

So I was actually born in the Netherlands and lived there most of my life. My dad is a pancake afficionado and thus I've been to dozens of pancake restaurants in the Netherlands. I even worked in one for a brief while. This place is absolutely on par with any of the best pancake restaurants I've been to in my home country. The flavor is perfect, they nailed it. And not just that, it's good every time you go. I've never had a bad experience here. The service is also wonderful, they really make some time for you for a chat or to explain things about the menu. Wonderful experience every time, so it's turned into a recurring visit for me.
