Pfanntastic breakfast! The farmers' omelet is delicious, the pancakes look scrumptious too, I will try the pancakes on my next visit. The servings are country-style hearty with friendly people taking good care of happy patrons.

Food is great, atmosphere is authentic. Wife and I were sharing two dishes and they asked and offered to cut in two and split for us. Little extra things that make it great.

First time trying pannenkoek and it was delightful and such a cute place. Bought some treats at the table at the front as well. Really quick service. Tried the bacon and apple and raisin pannenkoek.

After years of coming here, unfortunately I have to revise the review and lower it. My past two visits revealed a bad pattern of declining service - both times having our order taken and then not delivered for a long time. And this is not the case of slow kitchen, which would be understandable, but bad organization, since all tables around us which were seated after us somehow managed to get their food before us - some even paid and left before our food made it out. And our order was not very complicated either (two basic pannenkoeks).On top of that, we were seated at a very small table, and with our drinks and cookies there was not enough space at the table. When I asked to be moved to a larger table which opened just next to us, I was rejected because that table was for "larger parties". Minutes later two persons were seated at it without any problems.The first time this happened I was hoping it was just a bad day, but twice in a row, and pretty much exact same problem - not ok. I don't think I'll be risking it again any time soon, when there are many other new places to try.
