Love the coffee and donuts. However service was not great. Croissant was like a few days old. When I asked if they can warm it up, they declined.

Hate to give Phil & Sebastian a 1 star for participating in shrinkflation. Their bags of beans have gone from 300g to 250g. Their coffee bags are now ~20% smaller.
They've also simultaneously changed both the design on their coffee bags and have renamed their coffee beans to oddball names like "snowday" and "washed geisha". Being able to tell what just a regular, standard bag of coffee beans is now is a hassle and annoyance. It seems like Phil & Sebastian is pulling a distraction from shorting people a whopping 50g of beans per bag. As a very long time customer, I'm boycotting. Phil & Sebastian started in farmers markets and have now turned greedy corporate sellouts.
Always make sure I hit Phil n Sebastian when I'm in the city...love the coffee

The coffee here is the best option that there is at the mall. That aspect is fine. However, every employee has been nice to me except one individual. I feel like I did something wrong every time I am being helped by them. I understand this type of role is not easy but as someone who also works a customer facing role I feel disheartened every time I interact with this person.

Didn’t even make it out of the line. Waiting with 5 others to even be acknowledged for over 6 minutes as the two team members had their backs to the line. I remember this place being ON POINT… maybe just unlucky today… but come on. At least say, “we’ll be right with you” or something.

Ordered an Iced latte however was served with a hot drink. I even apologized on my behalf stating there must've been a miscommunication (even tho I clearly said ICED, my bf who was next to me confirmed as well). However, nothing was done as a result of that. I was willing to take the hot drink but at least acknowledge it and apologize....??

Great spot to grab a coffee, especially if you're at the mall and need a place to relax. The coffee is consistently excellent—I usually go for a flat white or latte, though I sometimes opt for a cappuccino. The atmosphere is good, making it a nice place to stop and chill. The service is decent, but it's really the quality of the coffee that stands out.

The coffee is pretty bad, I understand what they are trying to do, but they need to add a dark roast espresso. One star rating is for the open back on the food case - I wanted to grab a doughnut, but the flies beat me to it! ?

My husband is a Phil&Sebastian coffee lover, I used to go to the farmer's market location to take whole bean coffee.
I went to Chinook Centre a couple of days ago to get the a Latte but a white guy cashier looked like being in bad mood so I didn't pay tips for some reasons.
The coffee was good and I loved the atmosphere as usual, but I didn't stay there cause of not paying the tips^^
