A solid place to get your coffee ☕️ fix. Being located on 17th means that finding parking nearby is certainly hit and miss, but if you are walking in the area then no problem.
It is nice that they have an outdoor patio but it would help to have umbrellas outside because the sun can certainly beat down in the South facing patio. In the winter, it would be great if they had patio heaters.
Inside, it is a pretty simple setup with the counter in the middle and seating along the sides.
The latte was good and well-presented.
The pricing is reasonable too.

I just stopped by to have an espresso, and without a doubt, it is the best espresso in the area. The machine was excellently calibrated, as was the grinder. The recipe they are using, including the amount of water and temperature, was great, the profile in mouth completely balance and to my preference Feeling some saltiness in my coffee is great, and I found it here. Thank you, guys, it was perfect! Congratulations!!
$4.57 for an espresso... is okay if you always give me this quality!

Came to visit Philosafy for the first time. I ordered a hot matcha with soy milk to stay. It tasted delightful.

After ordering a matcha late I had mentioned to the owner that it was too sweet. He then informed me that it is presweetened matcha. I was really disappointed because this means the matcha isn't good quality. You should be able to control the sweetness as a customer. I told him that it wasn't what I wanted and he didn't say anything. I sat down and tried to drink it but couldn't as it was too sweet. I apologized and said I'm sorry but this is too sweet. They took it and walked away. Did not offer any refund, replacement or apology. Paying for an $8 tea to not even be able to drink it was extremely disappointing. I will not be back and will be sure to tell everyone not to go. Lack of customer service and compassion is very unprofessional and upsetting. Clearly in it for the money and not the passion.
Very good drinks and atmosphere, great and original pastries! The cinnamon bun was especially good, and so was the chai latte.
