Rude staff. They were angry at advice provided by customer. Excused burnt food as normal, as if we do not know our food. Sticky floors. Food was bland and small portions and burnt. When I did not provide an interact tip I got charged a surcharge when no one else in my party did.

Eating there for 15 years. Food has always been good. The last time I went it was obvious that no one had cleaned the bathroom in a month. Just over-all very dirty on the walls etc. I can't imagine how bad the kitchen is if the public facing bathroom isn't cleaned. And in my glass was some kind of curly hair, stuck to the inside of of the glass on one end, it was pretty gross looking. When I pointed it out I got a new one but she didn't seem to really think it was a big deal. Used to love the food there, but I'm a bit grossed out see how dirty it is now. Hoping the person who usually does the cleaning is just on vacation or something.

Ordered beef/stirred fry veggies.
Got served traces of mystery meat with microwaved frozen brocolis, bathing in some clear salty gue.
All of that for $18. Really.

The food was decent,
the chicken on the vermicelli dish was burnt, there was hardly veggies in the dish. The fish sauce could have used a little more sour.
The soup was too sweet, and there wasn't that much meat or noodles.
The service was decent the veggies are fresh, I would have told them all this as well if someone came to our table to ask how everything was

I've been coming here since 2013, it's my spot! Tonight they would not serve my friend and I at 6:30, because they turned their light off 30 mins early! I just wanted take out. Poor service on this trip! Sadly, not sure I'll be back.

They barely gave any meat (my husband counted 4 small pieces) in the beef pho and when asked about it they said it was totally normal and you have to pay $5 for “extra” meat.
Smelled like smoke, waitress was slow and sat there talking until I had to literally ask for service. Food was mediocre. Not the best pho in the city. Go somewhere else.

Just order the sate pho was supposed to come with beef brisket and beef and beef balls also ordered extra beef. I recieved noodles and broth. Will never order from here again
