Anyone know if this restaurant changed hands or just had a name change?? Used to be Pho Ahn Huyen....wondering if it's the same proprietor.....were never closed on Mondays before tho

Should have picked up on the name change, but came here for pho and it’s not the same. Does not feel like authentic Vietnamese pho any more but maybe Thai viet fusion.

Tried this place on Sun afternoon, beef satay noodle was delicious!
The noodle bowl was hearty, there was a lot of soup, it was really good! We also tried Thai noodle, it was spicy and sour like Tom yam gun, it was refreshing. Salad rolls were also good, Vietnamese coffee was also delicious.
Price was decent and potion was really generous, I’d definitely come back!

Ever since Pho Huong Viet moved locations in the NW, we have been trying to find our new go-to place for pho. We think we've found the one.
Food: The curry noodle soup is simply heavenly here. The broth is rich with multiple depths of flavors and they do not skimp out on the ingredients. The satay rice was also delicious.
Service: Excellent. Attentive and friendly. Always putting on a smile.
Atmosphere: Hole-in-a-wall type of restaurant. Clean but in need of some upgrades.
Value: Good. Great portions for the price.

Pho is one of my favourite soups and the broth for the Chicken Curry Noodle Soup (#30) was NEXT LEVEL! Was absolutely amazing - a creamy, rich coconut based broth, brings some heat with the spice but plenty of noodles and chicken.
Really top notch soup….my first time but 100 will be back…..

Very good chicken and veg Pho, the nice lady who served us was amazing. I believe her name was lan and she made my pho spicy which was perfect! Really glad me and my friend walked in here randomly.

Sadly after 20 plus years we had a terrible lunch. Vermicelli was cold which affected the taste of the rest of the dish. Salad rolls were falling apart. Definitely not the food me and my family have enjoyed for years. Hopefully just a bad day.
Bun Ca Ri Bo ...... The curry beef soup vermicelli was so good never tried anything like it before , proper game changer , the lady there was so polite , was told to wait as they just opened but food came out pretty quick , definitely going back again

We just love this place! It's the best place for a hot bowl of pho! The lady that works there is absolutely the loveliest and the food they make is just what your tummy needs ❤️ It feels just like when your grandma cooks for you, homemade, delicious, big bowls and just takes you back to a time that is full of happiness and love ❤️ We mostly get their house specialty pho but try to get another dish each time to explore the menu and honestly everything we tried so far is just delicious they cannot make anything less than mind-blowing delicious.
So highly recommended don't let this one pass you by!
P.S they also have a section for vegetarian meals that seems quite lovely I myself like tofu so might try one soon ?

I was so disappointed about the food we got served here. We ordered each a vermicelli bowl with spring rolls and barbecue pork. It was the worst Vietnamese bowl I've ever had in my life. The pork was old, overcooked and my portion had a different color than my partner's pork in his bowl. Totally dried out and it was old meat they I assume simply microwaved and cut in small pieces. The vermicelli was slimy and the fish sauce too salty. We didn't finish the food. I don't understand why restaurants have to cheap out and serve old food and risk to get a bad review. The prices are average. At a price point of $16 per bowl, which we are happy to pay when we eat out, this food was inedible and plainly it's disrespectful to paying customers to serve old meat like that.
