A pinch of comfort. A dash of flavor. A big serving of Vietnam in a bowl. The soups I've had are evocative of the flavors I tasted when I visited Vietnam. The bun bo hue in particular is da BOMB. That soup has depth, it's warming, you can taste the attention to detail and stew time of the meat bones and spices with the shrimp paste flavour woven in artistically to give it perfect balance of seafoody, yet meaty savouriness, wrapped up in a slightly spicy bow. We have enjoyed various dishes from here many times. It is our preferred Vietnamese restaurant in the area. Today they went above and beyond for us. I mistakenly places on online order for the McLeod trail location instead of mahogany. When I arrived they checked into the order and prepared the food for us without charge (despite me offering as it was my error). They were courteous and went above and beyond.

This is by far one of my top favourite Vietnamese restaurants in the city! The food is always served so fresh & it tastes incredible - you can tell a lot of love & care goes into their work. The staff is friendly & service is quick. I’m hopeful that they’ll soon introduce bone marrow appetizers to their menu! 10/10 would recommend this place for an extra hot & steamy bowl of spicy pho on those cold & chilly days.
