This was the BEST pho I’ve had in a long time. After switching to halal only, it’s been hard to find good pho. The best part of the pho was the lady that works there. She was the best server I’ve ever had. when she found out it was our first time she gave us samples of all the broths which really helped us make our decision. We got the brisket, beef and chicken. All of them were very good!

The most authentic Phở in Canada so far in my Viet opinion ?and it’s Halal!!!!
They have 4 broth options and dont worry!! They will give you samples if it is your first time. Then, the concept looks like “subway”, you choose what you want in your Phở. Mine was the regular premium beef and it was AMAZING!!
I’ll definitely come back if I have a chance to visit Calgary again and will recommend to everyone

Delicious halal pho!!! It was my first pho with beef, I usually just get veggie pho, but this was on another level. As you enter you see how the broth is made, smells delicious! The lady that served us was super nice and I appreciate how she explained everything and made me try the different types of broth! It was delicious, I can’t wait to have it again. Based on my friends who eat non halal pho, they approved of this one. They said it goes above and beyond! Thank you for making it halal!

My friend and I stopped by Pho Daddy for a late-night dinner yesterday, and we’re so glad we did. The customer service was outstanding—some of the best we’ve experienced in a long time—and the food was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Surprisingly halal pho! It's good but not much variety. Nice chill atmosphere
Edit: Happy to update that they've added more broth flavors. My favorite is the coconut.

What can I say Jimmy, you did again! What an amazing place!! The pho is the best I have ever tasted! The options of 4 different broths you can choose from and appetizers are amazing too! It doesn’t end there, the staff are very friendly and treat you like you are in your own home! AND Marccair she has been working for jimmy for 12 years. She is an absolute delight!! Every time I come in she’s singing or making jokes and she caters to you! She makes my day ! ?
Tried this place first time and ordered the satay beef soup. Highly disappointed with the taste of the broth and would not come back here or recommend. There are so many better places than this one.... I feel like alot of these high reviews are from people who can only eat halal and can't compare the flavor to the other authentic amazing pho places out there. The menu on their board is confusing to start with, I didn't understand if the customer had to add their own satay that they give you on the side because my satay soup had 0 satay flavor and was not even the color of a normal beef satay pho. Anyways, I added the satay and it was nasty, tasted so weird and almost ruined my entire broth. I had to add so much siracha, satay and hoisen just to give it some type of omph/ flavor (the picture I took is with all the sauces I added in). They give you little plastic side cups of hoisen, hot sauce and satay and then have this weird subway style "choose your toppings" area and then you take your own food on a foodcourt tray back to your table. I got a plastic fork vs metal one too which was hard to eat noodles with (I can't use chopsticks). I prefer the norm at most Vietnamese restaurants, where the sauce bottles are at the table, real cutlery is provided and someone brings out the hot soup with all the toppings and sides that normally come with it. Not to mention I found this place pricey, basically $20 for a bowl of pho, my bill for 2 large phos and 2 cans of pop was $42... which is fine with me if it's worth the price...but to me it wasn't.
Dietary restrictions: Halal
Parking: Parking is difficult. Street parking only and before 6pm you have to pay.

A bit of a strange subway type vibe. They have an array of broths most of which are very simple. I ordered the one with most color in hopes it would be good as the atmosphere wasn’t the greatest in the traditional sense. When i got my food, it looks okay like they do in the reviews, but the food has no flavor. Nothing, this is more of an entry level place that you would find at a mall for the masses.
Dont expect any hoisin sauce at the table to add a little flavor. For the price id avoid this place.

My friends and I came here for the first time and I’m shocked at how fast the service is. It was definitely a shock when we entered the place, but my experience was delightful. The food was delicious and it was very quick.

I walk by here every day with my dog and the smells down on the sidewalk level smell so good. I’ve never been able to go in as I have a dog with me. Due to those delicious smells tonight I thought I would order and was very excited anticipating a delicious soup. Unfortunately and sadly I’m left feeling disappointed. I didn’t get to sample broths so was ordering blindly but thought traditional would be a good start. I’m an adult male who’s quite active and need a large meal so I went for the large size (at a $4 up charge) chicken soup.
Order arrived within 20 minutes. Upon opening it the broth container wasn’t full, the noodle portion was small, the sprout portion was suffice, but there were no other vegetables as mentioned in the description of the soup. Just some basil.
I went looking for the chicken and found it in the broth, scooped it up and it’s the smallest little portion of thin shaved chicken. Fit in the palm of your hand.
I put the soup together feeling disappointed then took a bite. The broth was not great either - lacking flavor and seasoning.
So, I spent $20 on a bowl of soup making sure to order the large so I would be full and I’m not full, have to find something else to eat, and disappointed I spent my money here.
By the size of that soup I’m going to assume that they didn’t notice I paid for a large and I got the regular portions.
I will also say I can’t speak to the other broths as I didn’t get to try them.
I will add, if you want a stellar chicken pho, go to CoDo on 17th ave - you get easily %50 larger portion, the broth is insanely good, full flavored, you don’t need to add anything, you get about a half of chicken breast of meat in it and its $14. Money better spent.
