My old favourite Pho place closed and I was bereft of Pho! Five years, Pho-less! I sort of discounted the possibility of a replacement, and Pho Daddy looked too mainstream or regular from the street, but in the recent dip to 8.5 million degrees below zero, I decided to go up the spiral staircase, and I am happy I did. Super, flavourful -- awesome people, and a good window to sit.

Fantastic experience right from your greeting. They ask if you’ve been there before, if you answer no prepare for the wow factor ! They explain the in house broths and then provide samples of each for you to try. My top 2 was the traditional and coconut satay. Decent portion sizes for the price. Flavours in the coconut satay were bountiful but yet light.

A fast food kind of restaurant. They will let you try the 4 kinds of broth, traditional, premium, coconut satay & peanut satay. I choose the coconut to try since I always have the traditional broth, with beef. It was good. Service was good, clean restaurant. It’s worth the try.

Went here with my friend for the first time and the service & hospitality was superb. The hijabi girl served us and made sure the atmosphere was great… she had us try the broths first to see if we’d like it or not and then move on from there. The entry is quite unique with stairs that lead up to a sliding door, it almost felt like I was entering somewhere secret lol which was cool. The atmosphere was cozy and warm which was nice since it was cold and snowing out. I’ll definitely be returning here. 10/10

The pho is so good! I was in tonight, They were super busy and I saw every single person wash their hands (properly) multiple times. The staff were very polite and personable. 5 stars. I hope the owners are proud.

Winter is here a just perfect pho soupe from daddy pho its just soo delicious
I wasn’t feeling well and a friend recommended me to try pho so I walked into Pho Daddy because it was the closest spot to me. It was fairly busy, but I didn’t mind. The woman working had such a warmth about her… she asked if it was my first time there and then offered me some samples to try, which was so kind considering how busy she was. She helped me pick something soothing, and the pho she recommended was perfect for my throat… light, layered with flavour, and exactly the rejuvenation I needed. It came out faster than I expected, and she even told me to feel better. I haven’t experienced hospitality like that in a long time. I’ll definitely be going back when I’m feeling better to try more. Thank you so much!

Easily the best pho in the city. They have 4 types of broth to choose from and allow you to sample them before purchasing. The portions are great and the staff is amazing. Marycar is literally the highlight of the shop. She’s always so cheerful and welcoming. She knows the shop inside and out and helps accommodate all dietary preferences. The traditional broth is my favourite, peanut satay is my second choice.
