Worst customer service, which is really unfortunate cause the foods not bad at all. I walked in to pick up my order that I ordered from their website 30 minutes prior, to find an empty restaurant and my food wasn’t ready. Told the man working that I placed an order online and he said “ok” and disappeared to the back for a further 15 minutes… he then Comes back out and asks me if I’m eating in? I had to physically show him on a menu what I ordered and wait another 10 minutes for him to actually go cook my food.. get home with my order and he still cooked the wrong food, even after pointing on the menu and showing him what I wanted. Super disappointed as i loved this place when it opened.

Really good place and food. Service is great, but the last two times I came in-they kept making my sate spicy when I told them no spicy. First time, I let it go and just ate it anyways. I was here on my break so I didn't have time to wait for them to make a new one. Second time, I set up my google translate and the server even repeated what I wanted which was no spicy, but sate still had spicy on it. Anyways, truly sad I have to give up on this place. It has a nice athmosphere. That was the only issue.

So cute! food is always delicious, service is fantastic and they're always great with my kids! Pho and Vermicelli are both fantastic and my 6 year old who will not eat a single vegetable makes an exception for the spring rolls.
Nice service and location. As a Viet person, I didn't enjoy the pho. Tastes like too much sugar in the broth, not rich and beefy. Maybe their rice and vermicelli dishes are better.
