So cute! food is always delicious, service is fantastic and they're always great with my kids! Pho and Vermicelli are both fantastic and my 6 year old who will not eat a single vegetable makes an exception for the spring rolls.

Nice service and location. As a Viet person, I didn't enjoy the pho. Tastes like too much sugar in the broth, not rich and beefy. Maybe their rice and vermicelli dishes are better.

Easily the best pho place on 17th ave. The pho sate is incredible. I love the dinosaur decor around the place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
Amazing pho at PHO DINOUSOUR! The broth is rich and flavorful, with tender beef and fresh garnishes like basil and bean sprouts. Loved the vibrant red drink too. Great ambiance and service—definitely coming back!

I am a Pho snob, so my words are heavy when I say that they have some of the very best beef bone broth around. Prices are unbeatable. Atmosphere is unusually excellent. Can't wait to go to karaoke on the weekend. By the way Friday through Sunday their specials are awesome, including 10 wings for five bucks.
They're always very friendly and welcoming. I feel fortunate living so close to such a great restaurant. 👏👏👏

My family of 6 went here for a late lunch. All of us ordered different dishes. My one daughter ordered the chicken soup. When she received her soup, had one bite from it, said it tasted like dish soap. We called the server and let her know that the soup tasted “off” and my daughter had only 1 bite from it- to please remove it from the table and daughter will order something else. Daughter did order something else off the menu. We ate our meals and when time to pay- I noticed that I was being charged for the soup that the server had removed. I asked her why she was charging for this item when my daughter did not eat anymore than one bite and the server had removed it from the table. Her response was “ she ordered it originally and we can’t serve it to anyone else.” Now- I do know that obviously and hopefully, she is not going to sell the soup to anyone else because my daughter already had one bite from it. I asked her to remove the charge of the soup from the bill because it was already taken back to the kitchen- why would I pay for a dish that tasted like dish soap, only had 1 bite taken from it and was promptly removed from our table? She argued with me that I was going to be charged for that soup because we originally ordered it and she can’t resell. Duh!! Of course she can’t resell this soup to another customer. Our bill came to over $160 with the soup ( that wasn’t eaten) included in that price. She argued with me, raising her voice to me- for a good 15 minutes. I told her to call the owner because of this dispute and even the other staff member came out to apologize to myself and my family. This one server did not have any common sense, problem solving skills and was rude, loud and disrespectful. When she spoke to the owner over the phone- the owner said to not charge us for the returned and uneaten soup. I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.

If you're wondering why it's called Pho Dinosaur, it's because their original location is located in Drumheller beside the World's Biggest Dinosaur & Royal Tyrrell Dinosaur Museum.

We went to the Calgary Location tonight (Pho Dinosaur 2) for dinner and ordered the peanut sate beef pho and lime juices to drink. Everything was fresh, the broth was delicious. Service was good and they are open later than other pho spots in the city which is a bonus.

10/10 would recommend 👌

Ordered the Large Satay Peanut Pho (P9) for $16.50, and the soup they brought was small. I asked if this was the large or small, and they said large. I told the waitress it looks like the small size. The soup was not peanuty, and the size of the bowl was a joke. The value for money was very bad for a small un-peanuty soup. I will never be coming back.
