The food is good tbh, but the service is super poor. I didn’t like the older lady who worked there who took our order.. We have ordered with another lady first, but then the older lady came to our table and ask about what we wanna order.. my husband told her that we have already ordered with another lady, but then she still take our order on 1 large soup, to sum it up, she brought us 2 large bowls of pho and we were surprised because we only ordered one. She was not apologetic even though i told her that we only ordered one, but anyway that’s okay. As a costumer I hate her being so arrogant towards her costumers, the atmosphere of the restaurant around her while making noise cleaning their chopsticks.

I came in late today and was greeted by a staff member with a very unpleasant attitude. Since it was quite late, Pho was the only dish left to order, but she seemed very irritated throughout the interaction. Shortly after, I saw her screaming at another staff member and even throwing something at them, which made me feel really uncomfortable. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed such behavior from her, and it leaves a very negative impression overall. That said, I still wish to continue dining here, as the food is quite decent.

We ordered some noodle for takeout order on Oct 04. It came with a bag of bean sprout. We found a plastic wire something like brush hair in the bean sprout. Fortunately we didn’t eat the bean sprout but threw away

Visited on a Sunday evening. It was busy but were immediately seated. We ordered the steak pho and beef vermicelli and both were delicious. Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely come again.
