Pho Hoan Pasteur (Sage Hill)

The only reason they getting one star is. Because it won't let me do no stars. We ordered 2 Beef Sate Pho. And when it arrived the meat smelled sour. I called them and the lady said we didn't order from there while I have the order here. She will not even acknowledge their quality issue with the beef. It was definitely past the safe eat by date. Sad to see this happen as we've eaten here often, never having an issue. We will never go back. Hope nobody gets sick.

I was looking for a place for some peanut satay. Seen this place a few times but never went in. Today I did and was not disappointed! Very flavourful peanut satay broth with lots of meat in the broth. This will be my new favourite Pho place. I highly recommend it.

We came to this restaurant with our family to enjoy a warm meal on a cold evening, but left here disappointed. The service was terrible. We entered and the servers didn’t bother to greet properly. Everyone was talking rudely, they had this weird attitude. The food was bare minimum. It was ok. Nothing spectacular. Asked for an extra bowl, it was dirty. Ordered bubble tea with food. It didn’t come half way through the food. Reminded them, she said Yaya I know I’m making it. Then she went to get a phone call. Kids wanted it with the food, so we just cancelled it as it was almost done. We are never coming back here. If it wasn’t -26 outside and kids weren’t so hungry, we would have left.

Horrible customer service! The lady at the front told us what table to sit at and then that was it. There were 3 ladies working. It’s a small space and they could all see us sitting waiting. They continued cleaning up tables but no one even came to us or offered a menu. Nothing. After 10 mins we left.

Been there a couple of times already, new find for us. We like their broth, not too salty!

Two girls running around like a chicken with their heads cut off, hire another person, don't even respond when trying to get there attention. Took forever to get any kind of service and the food was alright.

Needed pho on a cold, snowy day, so I decided to get pho at this location! Ordered a small chicken pho, and it came very quick! The broth was flavorful and light with good portion sizes of the chicken, noodles, and vegetables! The pho itself was amazing and delightful!
