Pho Hoan Pasteur ( Township )

I've ordered from here a bunch of times and the food is absolutely delicious! I love their chicken noodle pho and deep fried dumplings. Sooo yummy. Highly recommend!

I have been an usual customer for their pho as they are savouring. This time I ordered a take out and it almost made me puke -- awfully surprised by a long hair twisting and tangling inside the pho. I called the restaurant and told them how I used to like their dishes and now I am very much disappointed. Staff who answered the phone was polite and apologized regarding to the hair. They also told me that I could have 10 dollars off on my meal -- will not go back again and put my appetite and health in risk.

Ordered from here on DoorDash and they were able to accommodate me in ordering a gluten free vermicelli bowl with someone in my group, which was much appreciated! The food was delicious and big portions too. Would definitely order from here again!

The food was tasty and well prepared, but the experience was ruined when staff started cleaning the floor with bleach right next to the tables while we were eating. The smell was so strong it completely took away my appetite. I understand cleanliness is important, but it would be better to do this outside of service hours or away from diners. It’s a shame, because the food is good, but the timing made it very uncomfortable.

I honestly do not understand the bad reviews. My partner and I just had great meals! I had the steak pho - it came out piping hot and flavourful. We also got a vermicelli bowl. Huge portion getting the large pho. The service was great and prompt. I am giving this place a 5/5. The people complaining - are a bunch of Karens. Ignore those bad reviews!

Very unfortunate as we are local. Just a terrible server. I ordered a drink with my Pho. Pho came, no drink. Waiter said it was coming, he came at the end of our meal and I said let’s cancel that drink. He replied he was too busy to make it. Still had the drink on the bill, guess he was too busy to remove it from the bill as well. Restaurant wasn’t swamped, 1/2 full when we arrived with most already having their food. We’ve been here a few times over the years, at its best it’s ok. Better options in township, just skip this place, it’s forgettable, we are done with it for sure.

We enjoyed our food and the place is nice, my bun bo hue is also good but does not have the usual meat. The fried rice is a bit dry and clumpy. The service is also good. Overall it’s a good place
