Pho Hoan Pasteur ( Township )

Went in to pick up a sub to go just after lunch, 6 tables occupied, took 25ish minutes to make my order. When I got the sub it was one of the most bland I've ever had. The main flavor of a sub should not be Mayo.

I ordered noodle dish with chicken and spring roll. Asked to add shrimp and vegetables. Paid extra for shrimp and vegetables. To get vegetables gone bad and only two shrimp. The worst part threw away the vegetables that were bad to be safe. Got a bad case of food poisoning :( so sad as I love Vietnamese and never had this happen before. The staff were nice so even tipped, I picked up only. I don’t recommend ever going here. Got terribly sick .

Have had great experiences everytime I’ve come here. Great for bringing kids as there’s lots of space and it’s never very busy when we’ve gone. The pho is pretty good during sit in and the staff are also very friendly.

Probably the best sate peanut pho broth in the city! I've tried many Vietnamese places.

And while different spots shine in different meals, I keep coming back here for their vermicelli bowls and especially their pho special with sate broth. It's rich, full-bodied and just plain delicious.

Service is just ok tbh but the food more than makes up and the restaurant is nice and clean!

Food is average at best. Definitely not great but not horrible either. A bit pricier than other Vietnamese restaurants. Food used to be good when I first started coming here but recently it feels like the quality has been lacking. I hope they can get to their higher standards again

We were regulars in this restaurant until a server treated us disrespectfully. My kid was playing with my chopstick and she rebuked us and my kid. No manager in place to handle the situation. We will never go back to that place. First restaurant in town that does not want to see kids playing!

I came in last night around 7:00 pm. Resturaunt was not busy. Ordered my meal immediately. One small number 3 for dine in and spring rolls to go. After 30 minutes asked the server what was taking so long, he said that something had happened in the kitchen, without any explanation.. I finally received my food at 7:35 after 35 minutes of waiting, only for my soup to come out with a long hair strand in it. Of course they replaced my soup but they also forgot to put in my order for the spring rolls, which had me standing around for another 5-10 mins before paying for my meal. Served lied about compensating my spring rolls. I was not comped for any of the items. Late soup or spring rolls. Worst service. Save yourself the headache and find other Vietnamese options in the area.

Ordered the vegetable wor wonton and sate pho. I meant to order from the location in mahogany (absolutely fantastic everytime) but I was a idiot and didn't double check the address.

In comparison the portions at this location are INSANELY small in comparison to the portions in mahogany.

Wor wonton was decent but again not nearly as good as in mahogany, did not seem as fresh especially the cauliflower.

Sate pho was far more oily and wasn't as tasty as thr mahogany location.

Will be trying very hard to make sure I order from the mahogany location in the future

Just had delicious spring rolls, salad rolls and wonderful pho chicken soup. Highly recommend eating here!!

Owner is very rude and the bad customer service. I will never come back here again.

I ordered salad roll the server did not ask which kind just give me a shrimp one. I ask if she can replace it to pork if they have and say I am allergic to shrimp but unfortunately she said she make them already the order still on the tray and did not even touch our table yet but still insisted did not even think twice bout me sayin im allergic to shrimps. Too bad ended up paying for that order. Never will I come back to this restaurant.

I have tried this place 3 times over the past few years, why I keep going back I’m not sure .. all 3 times were a big disappointment. Last order was shredded pork vermicelli & chicken salad rolls. The pork in the vermicelli was just hunks of gristle, & what few pieces that were edible had been marinated in a teriyaki sauce? So flavour was off, the salad rolls were not chicken? Not sure what type of meat it was but didn’t eat much of either dish after the first few bites. Don’t waste ur money!

Had ordered a vermacilli with shaved pork a while back. The pork was rotten and smelled putrid. Ruined the while meal and I requested a refund.
