We dine here or order in at least once a month. Has never disappointed. Food always fresh, and served hot. Staff attentive and accommodating. Cheerful decor. The peanut beef sate pho has just the right amount of heat for our liking. Love that it is a family owned business.

I've never had a bad meal here. The rice noodles, whether with or without soup, and even the fried rice are all delicious.
Could you tell me the name of the tea served before the meal?
I asked the staff last time and they said it was Manda tea, but I can't find it no matter how hard I try.

One of the best value meals in the NW!
Recommend you work your way through the appetizers as every one we’ve tried has been exceptional.
This place is so consistently good they don’t need my recommendation. In fact, it’s so busy it’s hard to get a table during the supper hour any day we’ve come.

The three of us came for dinner tonight. We arrived around 6 p.m., and there were still one or two empty tables. But by the time we started ordering, people were already waiting for seats—this place is clearly very popular.
I ordered the House Special Pho, along with chicken wings and onion cakes to share. The Pho was excellent—light but flavorful broth, bouncy noodles, tender beef, and generous portions.
The onion cakes were also outstanding: soft and chewy on the inside, fragrant with green onion, and crisp on the outside. In Vietnamese cuisine, people traditionally dip fried dough sticks into soup, and this onion cake gives a similar kind of satisfaction.

Came here yesterday, had a reservation of 5 to celebrate thanksgiving. The place is clean, spacious enough to not feel cramped together. The food was decent, there’s a lot more similarities of Pho restaurants now in Calgary. They’re consistently good. My issue though, everything that we’ve ordered came to our table except my papaya bubble tea. I’m halfway done with my food so I nicely came up to the young male server, reminding him about my bubble tea. He said that they’re already making it, that it was on the way. I’ve finished my food already and decided to calmly tell the young male server that I would just cancel the drink as we’re about to go, and he AGREED and NODDED. 5 mins after, another server comes to our table and hands me a papaya bubble tea. I’m not a fan of wasting food and I won’t make a fuss about a drink. I got my drink, still TIPPED but deeply disappointed about the service here they’re weren’t very swamped with customers, yet alone with the drinks to justify the lack of awareness. Dude just wants the day to end and clock out off shift it feels like.

The food is pretty good and compatible to some other of my other favorite pho restaurants. I took off one star because their kids option only offered cola, crush, or ginger ale, and no juice options, which my kids really did not like.

UPDATE: They have really brought up the consistency to match the othet stores. Previously, their pho broth taster sweeter. Now it tastes like the other Pho Phams. Their grilled prawns in the Vermicelli Bowl are excellent too!
We finally made it out to this Pho Pham. We normally eat at the signal hill one.
The interior was very modern. The lanterns are a nice touch to the overall style.
We got the Chicken Spring Rolls, the Pho without Meat, the Bun Bo Hue Soup, and the Grilled Pork & Spring Rolls Vermicelli Bowl.
The Chicked Spring Rolls were just as we come to expect from Pho Pham - crispy and delicious.
The Vermicelli Bowl is better here! This restaurant does a better job grilling the pork, so there's an unmistakable char-grilled aroma and flavor to the pork. The fish sauce was also stronger, which made this dish better than Signal Hill's.
My wife found the Bun Bo Hue Soup to be better here than Signal Hill. The soup base is more flavorful and what my wife considered closer to back home.
The Pho without Meat wasn'tanywhere as good as we had expected from Pho Pham. The pho soup tasted different than the pho base at Signal Hill, which we really liked. Moreover, the soup was very oilly. I would not order this here again.
Overall, I think if we're looking for Bun Bo Hue or Vermicelli Bowl, we'll get it here, but if we want pho, we'll stick to the Signal Hill restaurant instead.
