We dined in at Pho Than Nga in Cranston and everything was great. The place was pretty busy when we came, but we were accommodated really well. The vermicelli spring roll bowl was fresh and tasty, and the spring rolls were nice and crispy. The side of broth was warm and comforting.
I also got the mango pineapple bubble tea with jelly *super refreshing and not too sweet.
Friendly servers, chill vibe, and overall just a solid meal. Iād definitely go back.

Ordered at 430 pm Halloween night. Got there at 5:05 ( after being quoted about 25 minutes for pick up) they were not busy when I arrived and I heard them quoting on the phone for pick up in 15 minutes. At first they couldnāt find my order, but eventually did and told me it would be a couple more minutesā¦ fine. I waited an additional 12 minutes and from what I saw they were making my order in the back ( I guess they forgot 1 of my dishes) defiantly what happened cause 1 bowl was hot the other was colder when we got it home. There was next to no broth in the stir fry and it didnāt turn our crispy noodles soft like it usually does. I ordered āpork spring rollsā I can guarantee these where the regular spring rolls - very disappointed as those where for my son. Overall a terrible experience and I will not be back ( which is unfortunate cause I like this place and often recommend- but will never do that again) upsetting Halloween night that put our plans back due to having to wait for their mistake. They could have been honest with what happened and I probably would have just left or took the 1 dish that was ready and avoided the wait for the 2 mediocre dishes and wrong spring rolls

This review was due couple of months ago, being a cranston residence I always go there and that day went with my niece for late lunch and was a lot hungry. Half way our lunch i found a long black hair in my lunch barried under food. I called server and showed her, she took the plate and I was expecting apolozy that she would bring another plate. After no answer I approached her that where is my food. And she replied we dont know whose hair that is? So that was direct attack on me that I did it. Then she called the manager and told her and I said give me my meal just make me fresh one but manager said instead we won't charge you and I said I need food and my niece was still eating her food. But he didn't bother to give me another plate instead he said he won't charge but i need food but no amswer so never again i am going there . And I was still hungry so we had to get something from drive through thats how my time with niece was ruined after a long day of work. Thanks u guys for serving your community members very well. I always gave u lot of business with family friends not anymore. Cause no effort was put in to make the situation better from manager either. It was not about 20 dollars that u didn't charge I dont care it was about the time with my niece that u ruined and on the top I was indirectly accused of doing it wow Don't say in ur reply that call us or reach out cause I am not doing it.u not appreciating that as community members we always try to give u business.

What are you doing with your website? I like your food and order every few weeks. Don't tell your customers how to set their browser settings and configure their computers in order to give you money. We just want to order food not be tracked, sorry for wanting to buy from you. Seriously, we don't pay the crook food delivery apps and drive there ourselves and pick up our food...crazy right? We save you money. Make it easy to pick up food, stop overthinking. Change it and I'll give you the review you deserve for your food and service.
