Was my go to place for a long time but has gone downhill

I have been in this place for many times but the salad roll and the pork skin salad roll its getting thinner and thinner,. but I will never go back this place , I often heard that the argument in the kitchen yelling and screaming inside the staff. its ruin my days while eating there. One lady with short straight hairs she seems like yelling to the staff, I am wondering if she is the owner of the restaurant. I am worried something happening I do not go back to this place.

My boyfriend always raves about this place when he stops into town.
My mom and I just came back from a trip thought we’d stop in and try it out before going back home to the “Hat”.
We sat ourselves, very clean place, easy to order. Just write on the sheet they place for you and you’re done.
We received our food less than 5 minutes and holy we weren’t disappointed.
The food was delicious, flavourful. Left the place nice and stuffed. 10/10 will be back.

Server was lovely, food was quick and very tasty. Has the medium rare beef satay pho. Would recommend, and would eat there again.

Food was amazing put they forgot our drinks and were not helping us after we ate. Couldn't get the bill or to-go boxes 30 afterwords.

Absolutely nasty restaurant, dirty everywhere, dirty floors, table, walls, washroom. Even are forks and such had stains on them, plus found stuff in are food. I would rate this place 0 star if I could. Never would recommend please skip this place at all cost

the attendant was not hospitable. she threw the menu at the table and left. she didnt greeted us.we asked for the customization of order, she dindt bothered to hear us and started looking elsewhere. When we asked for our ordered drink, the server replied reudely.

The spring rolls were good and the service fast, friendly staff. A nice little place to grab a quick bite 🙂
