One of the best Bun Bo Hue that I tasted and my wife and children liked their medium rare beef noodles. The service is amazing, the place is clean and pleasant. It will a place to go back to for us.

Thought I would give this place another shot. Unfortunately, 6 months later, the result is still the same. Very mediocre food. The Phõ broth is super bland. Tastes like it came from a campbells carton. They gave lemons instead of limes. Barely any beef in the soup compared to others in the neighborhood and the spring rolls disappointing as well. It’s not bad… but it’s definitely not good either. Oh and they were playing xmas music - in March!

Pho Time has good Vietnamese dishes with variety items. Hot broth for soup noodles. The place is located at a plaza. Quite spacious inside. Friendly staff and tasty dishes.

I ordered a vermicelli thru doordash and it was quick half way eating my food and i noticed this molds on the cucumber i almost puke after seeing this! How come you can miss this kind of thing when you are in restaurant! That’s really disgusting! I will never ever order food from this place again!

Mistakes happen.. That's okay but please never LIE to your customers.
I always go here for grilled chicken but was served with pork today. (I don't eat pork for personal reasons)
Checked with server #1 if it was really a chicken because the texture and taste were a little bit off.
I was reassured it was chicken.
When I tried to pay my bill, server #2 charged me for grilled pork and told me that it was indeed pork.
Server #1 then later try to change my bill to grilled chicken in order to cover for it.
I'm not really that mad because of the mistake. I'm just very disappointed that you LIE.
Also I don't need your discount.

Bad bad service， that server just refuse we three people come in due to I have taken a snack for my 5years old daughter. It’s a bad experience. We have eaten here for many times and I will not come again due to this

Bad customer service, don’t ever try their bubble tea here. They say fresh fruit but they put more water and ice. I ask for my refund they didn’t give me. It’s false advertising about fresh fruit.

I was pretty hungry so I ordered myself a small satay soup and a chicken with shrimp vermicelli bowl. The food came out super fast like 3-5 mins. The chicken tasted soooo dry it felt like it turned into sand in my mouth. The rest of the food was ok. When the server came up to pour more water and asked “so how was everything?” So I said “Honestly?…” Before I could finish my sentence to tell her about the chicken, she just laughed and walked away. I thought that was kinda weird as if she already knew the chicken was bad. Anyway, I don’t think I’ll be back except for the bubble tea.
