I had “cháo lòng” today. I also bought to-go “cơm tấm” and “bún măng”. They all tasted really good. This restaurant is a hidden gem. When I googled Vietnamese restaurants for some special dishes, this place has never been showed up. However, I just knew Pho V restaurant by word of mouth and it surprised me. I had a road trip from Texas to Alaska and stopped to have dinner here. It’s exactly like the flavors I used to eat in Vietnam. I will come back if I have chance and I recommend this restaurant to people.

Hands down the best place to get authentic BBH in this city. I am a BBH fanatic and have tried every Vietnamese restaurant in this city for the best BBH and nothing ever beats Pho V. I love how authentic the BBH is. You can tell it was made with love. Every other place I’ve tried BBH at, they’re either lacking authenticity in the ingredients or lacking flavour or you can tell they’re using a soup mix.
