We ordered the wonton soup, beef sub, onion cake and spring rolls, I'd give this a one star but the beef sub was good, the rest was not. It was expensive for a tiny soup and over done, border line burnt spring rolls. The flavour profile of the soup and spring rolls was very plain. The onion cake was terrible, over fried, dry but greasy. It's unfortunate as we were hopeful to find another good place. The lady we ordered from was nice but overall, the cost deters us from trying again so we will not being coming back.

Can’t give any stars for food because we left before we had a chance to order. It actually smelled delicious but there was one other person in there at 4:45 on a Saturday and they had literally no music or sound on and it was just so uncomfortable that we couldn’t stay. Not a super friendly greeting either.

We’ve been going to Pho Hoan Pasteur since we moved to Royal Oak, but today we decided to try this pho place.

When we walked in, there was only one table with customers that’s first red flag.

We ordered the beef ball pho and the house special. Honestly, we were quite disappointed. The portion size for a large bowl felt pretty small, and the beef meatballs were hollow, never seen such a “creative” take on beef balls before. Not recommend this place. The worst pho we had tried in Calgary.

Ordered a sub on door dash. Although the sub was good but had a bad experience with the service and they got my order wrong as well.
Won’t go back anytime soon

The owner and her husband I don't think are very friendly. They seem to be pretty stingy on the side dishes, napkins etc. they came off rude to me and this has happened after multiple visits. Each time, I feel like their customer service is poor but am hoping it changes the next time I come....food quality tho is top notch.

I enjoy this place a lot, I usually get the #25 and it’s fantastic very quick service and the server is very nice!
Have been going here almost weekly for about 3-4 months now and every time it’s been great

There are much better choices for Vietnamese food. Pho was lacking flavour and Vermicelli bowl also was lacking flavour and texture.

I’m confused how the older lady is still there, after several reviews that she’s rude.
I love the food. That’s why I go back, but I would not dine in again, and I would not recommend dinning in,
Take out your best option.

The workers are so rude. I’ve ate there before and she came to the table only twice to bring the water and the food. Her tone and attitude was very blunt and never did she ask if we needed anything else or come by to refill our waters even when I was trying to call for her. But today I called to place an order for pick up and she kept getting frustrated I didn’t understand what she said as her accent was thick. I say again what I want and clarify the medication’s and she yells “I just told you that, why don’t you listen” and that’s when I had enough and said cancel the order and hung up. The food here is decent pho but these workers need to learn some manners I’m pretty sure she’s one of the owners as I’ve see her there often. If you care about customer service and not being yelled at avoid this pho place.
