Superb customer service - I misunderstood a menu item as in past I've ordered a rare beef satay soup at other establishments and it came with a peanut sauce stirred through. Here it meant chilli oil, which was already added to the soup, and unfortunately was too much spice for my lips or belly to tolerate. As I was scanning the menu for something else to order the staff brought a smaller bowl of broth and noodles without chilli oil, complimentary. The depth of flavour in the broth was exceptional, truly delicious, and I left a very happy customer.
Thank you for your wonderful customer service and willingness to accomodate my misunderstanding. Sincerely grateful.
One of us had the satay beef soup, we though it meant with a peanut satay sauce, but it was with chili oil. It was too spicy for us to eat. The wonderful owner replaced it with delicious broth & noodles leaving us to take the beef & veggies from original order to add to the replacement. He took time to tell us better choices for our tastes. We will come again when in Calgary
