To be honest with everybody in Calgary this place hands-down is the best brisket pho I’ve ever had everywhere in Calgary is not the real brisket meat It is just a brisket lunchmeat this place here It is a real It’s not the fake stuff and also you could turn it into a sauté Is your choice of how you do it but honestly, I found this place is the best pho in Calgary been coming here for about 18 months
