Packed in there like a sardine can. They sacrifice comfort to get as many people sat into as tight a space as possible.

People fighting for attention and service is non existent. Ignored and brushed off.

Food is the same as anywhere else so book elsewhere.

No space to walk. 3 people for every two chairs.

Gaslight you into waiting just a bit longer, and by the time you're bothered, you've invested too much into it to go elsewhere.

Just save yourself the hassle and book a different restaurant.

They do not clean up or clear your table until it's absolutely unbearable. Have to be told multiple times

Spent more time asking them for basic things than them doing the bare minimum.

Legitimately had to grab our bus tray and cleared our own table

3 hr dinner.

They have daily dinner specials, and multi-course grouper fish dishes. The grouper soup was delicious! Not bad for a Chinese restaurant in Calgary.

Reminds me of the Chinese food from growing up in Vancouver.

Excellent, affordable food—that's why we come back! (5 stars for the chef!)

BUT (2 stars for service/safety): We witnessed servers reusing unused customer napkins from the LAST table to NEW tables. This is a major health and safety violation that must be corrected immediately via staff retraining. We hope to see this fixed soon so we can continue to enjoy your wonderful food!

Came here with family, tucked inside a shopping center- it was busy around lunch time. Huge portion for the noodles & rice dishes we ordered. steamed chicken buns were soft & tasty. Good service, many Chinese people here to enjoy the authentic food. I wish there was more seafood in the rice dish we ordered. Will be back to try other food 💞

This is one of our favourite dimsum in the city. Very authentic tastes to HKer standards. The portions are huge as well for decent price. Some of the food can be a miss but most items are really good. There is sometimes a long wait during weekends so make sure to come early or prepared to wait. Surface parking can be difficult to find, and it's tricky to get back to your car in the underground parking.

My family (unfortunately) often eats here for lunch and dinner get-togethers on the weekend. We've had inconsistent experiences with the food every time. Sometimes there will be no issues and the food is great, while other times the food will have some sort of issue, such as being raw. The service is consistently bad, so you know the place is authentic (saying this lightheartedly, as a Chinese person). You will consistently experience difficulties flagging down the staff, them being rude, or them straight up forgetting your table and/or food exists.

Speaking about raw food, but we brought up the raw food to a waiter and showed it to him, and he didn't even apologize or offer any compensation for the mistake (which to their credit, they SOMETIMES do, by giving you their watery red bean dessert soup for free). He just nonchalantly said he'd take it back to be steamed again. He completely forgot about it. I presume it was tossed because when we managed to get his attention again about 30 minutes later (him asking us 'what do you want?'), he went and brought us a new one that we asked to just be packed to go as we were finished our meal.

Also, make sure you go to the bathroom BEFORE you get here. For some reason, the bathroom is sometimes locked from access (not locked because someone else is in there) and you have to ask the staff for a key? When it's already difficult to get their attention? When you do get to use the bathroom, it's pretty subpar even for a public toilet.

Food portions are huge, service are good, we always order the same dishes and they are very consistent. Very noisy, that is the biggest flaw.
