A friend asked me to pick up the Spicy Greek pita, the location has a drive through but I decided to go inside. The guy took my order, was friendly and the transaction was smooth, in about ten minutes I was walking out with a delicious smelling fairly heavy pita. As suspected, the pita was awesome ! Well priced and very tasty!

I have been to this location twice, the first time a younger guy helped us out and the pita was perfect! He was the only staff member so it was a little bit slow service but understandable. Went again today and it was a different employee making the pitas. She loaded up way too much sauce into the pita. Ratio was way off and the rap was soggy.

A drink fell that I paid for that was seven dollars, and I asked for a refund and they were not give me a refund because it wasn’t their fault. I didn’t even touch my drink nor take a sip out of it. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered a wrap, and the employee, shout out to favour, made an absolutely beautiful wrap with the proper amount of toppings.. was definitely not disappointed!

A small pita is 12 dollars. I suspect its not readily apparent on their menu because this is incredibly small for 12 dollars. Deck of cards for scale.
12 dollars and I gotta find something else to eat with this.
Also if you are behind the counter and see someone waiting for his food - its good practice to make small talk. If you can't do that, silence is fine too. Instead, there were two employees speaking in another language while looking between me and the food. Rude at best.
Won't be going back. Wrap was just ok.

Sometimes the staff will touch money then immediately go cook or touch vegetables. Change gloves
The girl did not want to serve the client who ordered home delivery from this place, she preferred to serve all the clients who are inside the cafe first. Note to this girl who works here. Clients who order food online are no worse than those who are inside the establishment. Personally, I will not do deliveries from this place anymore.

Pita Pit & Second Cup has provided Crowfoot with much needed variety in food and has changed the area for the best.
People are always quick to give 1-star reviews when one thing goes wrong but I always believe it takes several visits to get a good idea of the experience.
Everyone is allowed to have a bad day but Pita Pit & Second Cup have never failed to deliver Excellence to not only myself but my Family at every step.
