I’ll no longer be frequenting this Pizza 73 location due to the limited ordering options now available. The website no longer allows me to place a pickup order - I can also not phone the pizza 73 line and place an order by phone — only walk-in ordering or ordering off the app for delivery are offered.
I'm unsure why this change was made, but it creates a frustrating experience. I prefer to order online for scheduled pickup, use the app to collect points, and apply corporate coupons I receive — none of which are possible under the current setup.
Unfortunately, I’ll be switching to another pizza place that offers the convenience and flexibility I’m looking for.

Worst customer service experience. With an item ticketed $28, pizza maker doesn’t know the toppings if they’re even an available option, owner’s attitude “Don’t come again if you don’t like and hung the phone upon”. He clearly needs to learn basic customer service etiquette. Surely not going again.
