They don’t even read the notes, one time they made a regular pizza instead stuffed crust so I had to wait again for my actual pizza, SOME PEOPLE HAVE ALLERGIES SO PLEASE USE A CLEAN KNIFE IF IT IS WRITTEN IN THE NOTES

Unfortunately due to an incredibly rude exchange I will not be back to this location again. From the moment I opened the door I could sense the lady's anger and I don't know what the problem was. The situation escalated until I told the lady I will be leaving if you continue to treat me like this. I have no idea why she was so angry or what was causing it. If this is the kind of people that you hire then I will just go somewhere else.
We used to confidently order Pizza 73 in Calgary except this place, since real rude behaviors in all aspect, especially the delivery guy. Not even doesn't know condo's ACCESS CALLING SYSTEM? Because of this experience, I am stay away orders from outside.

Worst customer service ever, I had a coupon. I placed an order, lady told me my order was correct and would only cost $1 then, proceeds to charge me $8.99. And when I’m confused and asking questions I’m ignored, and my pizza is thrown onto the top of the oven, I UNACCEPTABLE. I am distraught on how badly I was treated. NEVER AGAIN 👎 NEVER COME HERE.
Not to mention right of the bat I show her the coupon, instead of calmly and nicely saying, you have to place an order online, she says, “YOU GOT TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE TAKE IT UP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE” SO RUDE.

Ordered DELIVERY pizza tonight. They even confirmed the address. After an hour and no pizza we called. Apparently they had the order for pick up. And after an hour they “cancelled the order” no phone call or anything to follow up. So when we called they said they would send a replacement out for delivery, and a $10 credit. So yet another hour later the pizza finally arrives and it is cold. Disappointed to say the least.
