Ordered a medium pizza with two toppings on what was supposed to be a sesame seed crust. I have ordered this be for and the crust wasn’t sesame but plain- pizza was Luke warm/cold upon delivery but I still tipped the driver. Having not complained about this location messing up my pizza a few times before this time I called customer service. The service person said he’d get them to send another pizza but within minutes the location called refusing to do so and offered me a ten dollar credit towards another order.i refused this chump remedy . I called back customer complaint and told him what was happening and that I’m not going to ever be ordering from there as the quality of the food has definitely declined and the order incorrectly done and cold- he told me to write comments to pizza 73- I did. Their response was quick, offering me another $5 credit for a $15 overall credit from the same location. I’m not interested in ever getting another pizza from them as they really don’t care whether their customers are not happy and throwing a few dollars credit ensures I’ll eat there again which I will not. Pizza 73 used to be pretty good, my son spends huge money on the pizza over the years but he also has begun to taste the decline in quality. Lots of game in town vying for regular customers paying good money for quality and service- save yourself the dissatisfaction and order elsewhere. I was hungry last night- and ate a few pieces anyway- eating 1 piece for lunch the next day really hit home how bad this pizza is. Reading other reviews hits home that this location has bad habits that disregards their paying customers.

The McKnight location was close to where I was going and the counter lady was very friendly and gave me a birthday treat. However, the $19.99 XXL 3-Topping Pizza has virtually no toppings and cheese. It was tasteless, thin and disappointing. I was offered $10 credit for my next order but I wanted a replacement pizza the way the ad boasted 4 pounds of cheese, 100 pepperoni etc. not the measly portions I got so I could give Pizza 73 a good review. Corporate made a bunch of excuses why they wouldn’t accommodate my request. So I used the credit and ordered from another location. I arrived, told them my former issue and wanted to use my credit. In order to use the credit I had to call in the order to the location I was at and then pick it up… I ordered by phone, waited and picked up my pizza, which was slightly better but still disappointing as the wasn’t enough cheese or toppings and again certainly NOT the 4 pound of cheese and tons of toppings their advertisement stated. The counter lady at the 13Ave & 15St SW location was great but again the pizza fell flat (pun intended.) I gave Pizza 73 2 chances to make a great pizza as advertised and both times they failed! I do not recommend Pizza 73, will not be returning and will not be recommending Pizza 73 to anyone.

So I ordered from this store through the app. My order got placed at 3:44 PM on Nov 6, 2024. The app showed that the order would be delivered in 40 minutes. I waited and one hour passed and at around 4.50 PM the app showed that the order has been delivered. We live in an apartment building and in order to get in , you either need a phobe or intercom. We never received any intercom and the order. I called Pizza 73 support, they said that driver is 3-4 minutes away and he would call you. It was a glitch in the app. I waited 10 minutes , but nothing. Again called the support , and this time they changed the story and said that the order is already been delivered 20 minutes ago and the driver is now at the store. The driver (GURAMANJIT) called and started arguing that he has given the order to some lady. How can someone give the order without verifying the details? The instructions were to leave the order at the door and not to give it to someone. This is a serious food safety concern. It is clear that they lack professionalism and customer service especially "GURAMANJIT". He said "Do whatever you want to do , I will not deliver again" . Who is he? Some kind of goon? Wasted 2 hours for a simple pizza order. Would not recommend this store at all.

Had the worst experience ever! We never received our order after waiting for more than 1.5hour The delivery guy named GurAman called and spoke in such a rude manner! He said he delivered to some girl and we never received any intercom! How can a delivery person hand over the order to some random person without even verifying the details? So disappointing and rude! Never ordering from this store again

I’ve ordered here several times, the same thing. I ask for thin crust with extra sauce at the bottom. I never ask for extra cheese. Moving forward I’ll have to say light cheese. Just because I want extra sauce doesn’t mean I want extra cheese. This is excessive. & then my secondary pizza has excessive cheese & burnt feta. Pretty disappointed. Not to mention, when I’m only getting two toppings, I expect more than one sausage a slice. Will likely not be going to this location any longer.

Kid-friendliness: Same as well for kids, when i was younger i always had pizza 73, When i saved ip money for it. Really good and easy to buy and nice people, Not one bad pizza 73

Well pizza is pizza but it all comes to ingredients and the amount of ingredients on top, now days pizza is sold as crunchy bread with sauce on top, and meat is counted $1 dollars per cube. I heard an employee put 2 cube extra meat got fired.
