MIND YOU WE ORDERED 12AM AND ITS ALREADY 1:30AM. SEEMS LIKE THERE ARE LOTS OF BAD REVIEWS HERE ALREADY BUT WITHOUT ANY ACTIONS AT ALL SO I'LL BRING THIS MATTER WITH THE ALBERTA PUBLIC HEALTH ACT AND FOOD REGULATION THIS IS TOO MUCH.

This place is a rip off and treated their customer with no honesty at all. When I called them to make an order, they said it will be ready within 10 mins. When I got there on time,they didn't completed the order. Keep me waiting for another 30 mins. Then trying to give me the wrong order, I ordered two medium pizzas, they made me large pizzas and force me to take it. Last but not least, the place lack of hygiene, smell stinky.

Chicken wings taste just okay. They aren't putting the sauce on the wings and then cooking what they are doing is cooking and then using probably a bottle to squeeze sauce on the wings. If you look at the picture you'll notice how little sauce is on the wings, most of the sauce is on the paper that the wings are put on. Responses from the business have been standard Responses not addressing the praise or concerns

We ordered 7 large pizzas, but they gave us 5 large and 2 medium instead. At customer service, Vera was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with her supervisor, she didn’t even know who her supervisor was. This was really unprofessional, and it seems like the staff could use more training. I was on the hold for 15mins.while she found out who was her supervisor. She said I need to call them back.
This exact same thing happened to me. Pizza came to the house 2 large pizzas hard as a rock… I call customer service they tell me “we will send new pizzas no problem” 10 minutes later I get a call saying no. Can’t deliver you any pizza we will give you a 15$ credit… unacceptable I always order pizza once a week at least. After arguing with customer service for 10 minutes they offer me $27 credit which still isn’t even enough to cover the cost of pizza. If it wasn’t for Randy in customer service it would be completely unresolved with no help from Edmonton customer service or the shop it’s self in Calgary, come to write my review and find literally the exact same experience which leads me to believe this is a common occurrence

There service can be slow at times and their drivers ask for tips which is one something that should be done. However putting these as sides their chicken tandoori pizza is very delicious.

Worse Pizza 73 in the city. Would think it wouldnt matter if ordering from a different place then my usual but that was a mistake. Horrible crust, burned. Asked for sesame and got nothing. Will stick to the usual place.
