Literally the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. They close 30 minutes before their actual display time. Called to place an order over the phone they said they cannot help as it’s too close to closing (30 minutes) they directed me to go in person as they can take the order that way. Went in person arrived at 1138 and they would not take my order. Spoke to the supervisor (Travis) at customer service and told them the situation. He admitted even though Mark (phone pizza operator) was wrong to tell me to go in person to the store. The supervisor cannot do anything for me. Wasted my time and could not get food 30 minutes prior to their listed closing time at midnight. I wish I could stop doing my job 30 minutes prior to my shift end as a nurse. Imagine that…Sorry if you’re dying, I can’t help we’re shift ends in 30 minutes.
