I ordered a pizza chicken wings bacon bread when I received the order the pizza was stuck to the box .I called and complained lady said she'd give me credit for a pizza the pizza was sent out I ended up going to hospital that nite was there for 3 days today February 14th I called and asked about my credit they said they'd give me $15 dallar credit on an order I paid $50 bucks i just wanted a pizza 🍕 I will not order for here again

**WARNING** ON FEB 11TH / 2025 ANOTHER LOCATION DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THAT ISSUED A 50% PERCENT CREDIT AND ORDERED MY FOOD TO THIS LOCATION , I DROVE TO THIS LOCATION FOR MY FOOD APON ENTERING THIS LOCATION TWO GUYS WERE SITTING ON THE COUCH , I WALKED TO THE COUNTER AND A MAN FINALLY CAME AFTER ABOUT 5 MINUTES OF WAITING , HE ASKS ME WHAT I WAS PICKING UP I TOLD HIM NAME AND HE WENT TO THE BACK AND CAME FROM THE BACK WITH THE ORDER IN HAND AND SAYS TO ME WHY DO YOU GET CREDIT ON THE PIZZAS SO I EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT HAPPEN AND HE RESPONDED WITH IM NOT MAKING THEM FOR YOU BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FULL PRICE BECAUSE IM LOSING MONEY ALL THE TIME , SO I RESPONDED WITH WELL THATS NOT MY PROBLEM , NO WONDER WHY YOU DON'T MAKE MONEY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTITUDE IS TRASH AND I TRULY HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND SELL YOUR LOCATION.........IF I COULD I WOULDN'T EVEN RATE THIS LOCATION.

the Pizza 73 franchise is huge for a reason...
they usually have great procedure and product.

Food was good but when I first walked in. The employee or owner was shooting in the front playing on her phone. I ordered the 12 piece weggie bread and it came out as 8 pieces. I went back for a second day to see if I could get another one. Hoping Today would have been different. They say they open at 11, at 11:03 she was just opening up the front doors. When I walked in at 11:05 the ovens were only on for 1 min. As a paying customer I expect you to be there 15-20 before you open to get the ovens on and hot. I only went in for a small item but if I wanted to make a big order, I don’t want to wait 15 min for you to get your ovens hot. They should already be hot for when you open.

Ordered delivery, which was boxes of wedgies and curly fries, which were buy one get one free. I got two soggy burgers (which I cant eat....) which even had my name on it? I got my money back but the reasutrant was closed, so the money back doesnt even help me; this was the only place with a good deal to get enough food for that price. Extremely disappointing

Absolutely joke. Ordered online said was ready for. Arrived to pickup lady looked Absolutely confused said my name 3 times finally comes up and goes is this your order (it was the slip for what was ordered) and then she walked away. Marching around yet didn't say a word or bring us our order didn't tell us how long it was going to be we sat around for 10-15 minutes and we're still being ignored. So we finally left.

Opened my pizza box to an absolute disaster, the entire pizza on the bottom was stuck to the top.

Ordered through Uber and staff gave ALL the wrong dips. Like come on. We have given this location wayyy to many try’s and I strongly advise everybody to stay away. They will screw up your order every damn time.

Ordered this location because my usual location was closed, thought it will be same standard so lets try it since they where open, Staff are good and friendly but i have issue with pizza, order small thin butter chicken and small thin butter panner but it was not that thin enough and it looks like red onion used for my order was old not fresh , Will never come to this store ever.

Ordered a pizza and drink Sunday evening, they failed to deliver the drink. When I realized this, I called about it & they told me they were out of stock and thus didn’t send one with the order. When I asked why they didn’t remove it from my bill, they told me they “couldn’t do anything about it” and charged me regardless.
This isn’t the first time they’ve pulled something like this, I won’t be ordering here anymore.
