I've given this place two tries through Uber Eats, and both times the food arrived soggy, stale, cold, and honestly, disgusting. It tasted like the chicken was microwaved, and the pizza was rock-hard. I'm done with this place. I am never ordering from here again!

I like the food of pizza 73, but in this location the people who serve are too rude. the old man does not pay attention to what you ask for and the adult lady has a very bad attitude and besides that she charged me some extra sauces when the combo I ordered included it. I went 2 times and both times I had a bad situation. I will look for a better location to go.

Ordered a pizza, came all squished as if someone was holding the box vertically. Called back the store and told them the situation. Lady on the phone said she will send a new pizza to us and that we can keep the other one (was willing to send the old one back but they said keep it). Delivery guy comes to the door and says we now need to give the old one back. Calls up his manager and the manager on speakerphone starts going off on us saying “I want to see what kind of customers they are”. We have ordered countless times over the last 10 years at this location, not once have we ever had a problem, no complaints. He have one issue today and we will no longer be ordering from this location. A judge of character over improper delivery for 1 pizza is ridiculous and insulting.

I went at 73 pizza at Marlborough and one of the employee or manager the way he approached my wife and I was rude. Is this how they approach the customers? Our experience ordering wasn’t satisfactory.
I ordered from here multiple times as pickup but first time leaving a review! I like this place, gives a sense of warmth with the aunty /uncle working there who are always friendly and cheerful! No wonder this place is rated so highly for a pizza place! Clean environment, no chaos just vibes and pizza! Come through have a pizza here specifically you won't regret!
