We ordered Pizza from this location and both me, and my girflriend expirienced one of, if not the worst chest/stomach pains of our lives. The pizza was flavorless and something about it just wasnt good at all. The sauce resembled more of a taste / consistency that you would find in a can of walmart tomato paste / spaghetti sauce. I would not be surprised if that was the case. Aside from that, we also ordered the funnel cake sticks for dessert. Aside from them initially being on the oily side, after a few, we realized a strong spicy flavor to them and a slight fishy odor. Unsure of what we were tasting, we go online to check the menu again and find no mention of them being spicy, or atleast intentionally spicy. However, we also found that they serve jalapeño poppers aswell as deep fried shrimp and that made alot more sense as to why our dessert item had such an interesting aroma and taste. Im guessing there isnt a routine schedule for cleaning the deep friers let alone the oil at this location. And i wouldnt be surprised if they were using a can of some unseasoned grocery store pasta sauce instead of the pizza 73 sauce they're required to use in their franchise agreement. Sadly, i regret not going to the 7 eleven next door for our pizza last night.

i went at this restaurant to pickup food around 6 pm in evening and there was a old lady working ,she does not know how to speak to a customer,she was very rude without any reason and she was speaking like she was doing me big favor by giving me my order and dont know if she is owner or staff but i think these type of people dont deserve to do customer service jobs she was speaking very rude and treated me like she own me .she ended up ruining my whole day and regret to go to this place to get food

I had a terrible experience at this specific location, and it was largely due to the attitude of two of the staff members—an older woman who was incredibly rude and arrogant. And a man who made many condescending remarks and comments. From the moment I walked in, the lady seemed annoyed that I was there, and her attitude was completely uncalled for. Instead of providing any kind of helpful or friendly service, she was dismissive and acted like she couldn’t be bothered with my order. It really made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this level of arrogance and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially in a business that relies on repeat customers. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I recently ordered from Pizza 73, and I was incredibly disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food. First off, the staff seemed rushed and rude right from the start. It felt like they just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible rather than providing any kind of customer service.
The pizza itself was underwhelming at best. I had asked for extra pepperoni on one of my pizza’s, instead I got none —definitely not what I expected after waiting 30 minutes for my order. It’s clear that they didn’t put any care into the preparation.
Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. I expect better service and quality for the price. Definitely not recommended.

I am writing to express concern regarding the behavior of a female staff member at this location. Her demeanor was rude and unprofessional, a repeat of my previous experience. Today, I entered with two other ladies who were infront of me and we waited for service. Despite calling out to her, she remained engaged in eating and only attended to us when she chose, appearing irritated. When taking our orders, she made a derogatory comment (You order small thing, but keep calling me to take orders) about our orders' size( which is two seperate medium sizes)Upon delivery, she combined the orders and responded brusquely when asked to clarify. This level of unprofessionalism from a representative of such a well-established company was unsettling.
