I came around 11:45 pm to order food. I asked the lady if she was still accepting orders since it was almost closing time. I asked her nicely, and she said yes. So I started ordering food for my daughter. I ordered Tot dips. Then, the lady asked me what kind of sauce I wanted. I was unsure about the variety of sauces they had, so I asked her what sauces they had. The lady started to get upset and stated, “Just choose whatever you like.” Her tone of voice was so rude and it seemed like she was not happy to take my order. I left the store and told her “Never mind I do not want to order anymore because it looks like you are already upset”. My point here is that, if you do not want to accept an order just tell the customer rather than being rude to them.

I usually order the Butter Chicken Pizza from Pizza 73 (Saddletowne location), and it has always been my go-to favorite. But this time, I ordered from the Marlborough location, and honestly, it was really disappointing. The pizza tasted off and gross compared to what I usually get. Definitely not the quality I was expecting.

It seems like you guys haven't dealt with the rude customers, one of your employees treated my wife and sister horribly. And by the looks of the other reviews, the staff being rude, inpatient and inapt to work a job helping customers. Please boycott this establishment for lack accountability and change of actions to betterment. If you are the owner being like this shame on you, if its your employees shame on you as well. DO BETTER

I like the food of pizza 73, but in this location the people who serve are too rude. the old man does not pay attention to what you ask for and the adult lady has a very bad attitude and besides that she charged me some extra sauces when the combo I ordered included it. I went 2 times and both times I had a bad situation. I will look for a better location to go.
