Disappointing Service ExperienceI recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service provided by the old lady over there.During my visit, I encountered an arrogant attitude of her. She was dismissive and made condescending remarks when I asked about the order. Her demeanor was unprofessional and clearly impacted the overall enjoyment. I hope the management can address this issue to ensure that all customers receive the respectful and attentive service they deserve.

So I ordered 2 pizzas 1 pep w/ extra cheese easy on the sauce and a meat lovers / extra cheese easy on the sauce I go to pick them up and I got a Hawaiian with out the extra cheese and loaded with sauce and a pep no extra cheese also loaded with sauce witch came up yo 51$ I go back to ask them to make my order right and the older lady gave me attitude wouldn't let me talk and then walks away talking over me in her language I wouldn't recommend this place as they have absolutely no customer service and clearly can't speak or understand English! Don't order from here they don't deserve your business!!

I’ve had the worst experience visiting this place. The older lady was very rude. Just was there to get an order, made me wait for a long time, kept shouting and arguing with me for no reason. I see that a lot of people have complaints about the same person, because I came here thinking it just happened to me. Is the company even taking any actions to make things any different for the customers? I’d never recommend this location nor would personally ever visit here.

That, specially old lady that works there is extremely rude, She needs to fix her attitude toward customers or get fired as soon as possible because this happened many times. I ordered a medium pizza and made sure to get extra creamy garlic sauce and the pizza was not good and we paid for extra topping specially chicken & cheese. but there is no enough quantity of topping. So, how i can expect extra topping. If basic topping missing. My friend couldn't even eat it so we called customer service. I spoke with the old lady again and she was shouting with us. What kind of customer service is this? I felt very disrespected from the specially old lady. I think she have to join listening classes. So, that she can listen the customer before arguing. I will never be making another single order from pizza 73. I don't recommend this location to anyone go there. I will be posting about this location to inform my friends. because this is not acceptable at all. The old lady should be fired!
