I have ordered from Pizza 73 online app many times but I was disappointed with my recent order. I ordered two pizzas with bbq drizzle and garlic drizzle on top and was sent a pizza drenched in sauce. I spoke to Pizza 73 customer service representative and they apologize for the inconvenience and offered to send new pizzas to be made properly as a rush order. Several minutes passed by and I received another call from Pizza 73 customer service representative mentioning they will refund my money for the pizzas but the Skyview location refused to make new pizzas to send as nothing was wrong with the pizzas. I have attached pictures of the pizzas. Drizzle sauce refers to sauce applied in a light, thin steam over the pizza to add flavour. Not to throw sauce on top. My pizza was drenched in sauce and heavily coated in sauce, making it soggy as it was a thin crust pizza. I think whoever made the pizza has a wrong understanding of what drizzle means. Never ordering from Pizza 73 again! Poor customer service and poor handling of this situation. You should never offer pizzas to be replaced if you can’t follow through.

I had such a great experience at Pizza 73! The person who helped me was so friendly, cheerful, and incredibly sweet — they made my day! It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do, and it really showed in the amazing service. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious, but honestly, the kindness and positive energy from the staff made the experience even better. Definitely coming back here again! 🍕💛
