We put in an advanced order pick up for 645. They didn’t put the order in until 650. Our order was in an 2 hours before we even went to pick it up. We are here all the time and it’s just pretty disappointing that they knew this order existed but didn’t put it in until after we were there to pick it up.
Edit: I got home and one of the sides was cold. They had made it but not the pizza for the initial pick up time and have edited my scoring to reflect this.

Food was 30 minutes late, cold and bland. When you call the store you get redirected to a call centre who can't actually fix anything, and they can't transfer you to the actual store. Not an experience I will be repeating.

It's my first time I've had pizza 73 in Calgary alberta. It was excellent. In addition to the service and the smiles of the counter service people.
If I could of put 0 I would received my pizza and it looked like pieces were taken from the floor and put back in my box found weird stuff on and in my pizza I will never purchase pizza again from any Pizza 73 never had something so disgusting in my whole life
