I had a very frustrating experience at the store. I paid online for my pizza, but when I arrived, they gave me the wrong order and asked me to pay again. After I paid a second time, I opened the pizza to find it wasn't mine, but someone else's with the same first name. I asked for a refund, but the employee refused and instead offered a free pizza in the future. When I wasn't happy with that, she became rude and yelled at me. The whole situation was unprofessional and disrespectful.

It was unprofessional and left a bad impression. Management should address this to improve the overall experience.

Just encountered such a rude experience coming from the lady who works here. Around 7:45pm November 15. I witnessed her yelling at a delivery driver being absolutely disrespectful for no reason at all. How unprofessional? Yelling at customers?? The way she was yelling was embarrassing and speaks highly about her character. Management should definitely speak to her about her attitude and better communication

Great pizza, I was greeted by Prabji who is a gentleman. I tried their specialty pizza and boy it was loaded. I requested tandoori paneer pizza well done and I was in rush and too my surprise Prabji got it done under 10 min with zero compromise in quality. Loads of topping and well done. I will highly recommend this Location. It was spot on clean as you can see in pictures, even prep area was well cleaned. Pizza 73's menu is also quite extensive with lots of options. Pizza 73 in Mahogany? These folks are always on top of their game with friendly, fast service—honestly, they should get a trophy for it.
I recently tired their new Gluten Free pizza - and it is really good! !!! I’d say that it is a total game changer. Decently thick, soft and yet crispy crust… (that is actually thicker than the usual cardboard from other places) and no “gluten-free sadness” in sight. Its easy to forget it's gluten-free!
We’re wing connoisseurs at home, and this is one of the few places we trust for consistently awesome wings.
Oh. And their delivery drivers, are always so nice and polite!
The food is okay...but when we came here The service is kinda gross...the person who attended us received the money with gloves and went to keep cooking the pizza with the same gloves?. The place looked dirty an non higenic...we use to like eating there but we got grossed out after seeing them cook the pizza like that.

Ordered through Skip, got a notification that my order was ready amd would be delivered by the restraunt. After 2 and half hours I didn't receive my item pizza. They told Skip it was out for order when I messaged them never showed up so just requested a refund through Skip.

The pizza never came, and when we called the store they LIED and said they delivered it at 6pm.. when we didn’t even order until 615pm. These people are a joke and crooks, now skip the dishes is out of money because the mahogany location lied about their order. Would never order from this location again.
