I had a doordash pickup delivery order the attendant told me 10 minutes and it took her more than 30 minutes to make it. It was really frustrating

Ordered 30 pcs wings today and filed a complaint that the wings were raw !!!! I have 2 toddlers I’m trying to feed and I tried calling them on the phone the rep only wanted to give back a $15 credit and wasn’t able to return refund . I declined it and sent customer service an email with photos for a full refund .. will update once I receive a response

Came to pick up my order. Watched the cashier touch everything at the front table. Walk back to the fryers, proceed to pick up my wings by hand without washing them and place them in the box, touch a bunch of handles and equipment, came back using her hands again to pat the wings down before boxing it up. When I asked if she’s washed her hands before touching my food she tried to explain that they didn’t touch money so she doesn’t have to wash her hands. Gross. I told her I didn’t want to them, she took it off the bill but proceeded to take the curly fries from me instead of the wings. Didn’t realize till I got home. Didn’t even eat my pizza I was so grossed out thinking about it.

Will have to look for another pizza place around me
You change your staff because staff is a very slow and pizzas are not cooked properly A girl talks with earbuds in her ears, but they don't work, first give training to respect, then keep her as an employer

We ordered delivery from this location and it took over an hour for us to get it. Our house should be a 5-10 minute drive once it’s picked up and it said the delivery driver had been driving for 45 minutes. On top of that all they did about it was give us $15 store credit. When the driver finally arrived he was rude, our pizza wasn’t even hot even though he was trying to convince us he just picked it up and he took 10 minutes to work the machine.
