Absolutely obismal service. I placed an order online, and went to pick it up. I showed up 30 minutes after placing the order. So it gave them more than enough time to complete my small order. I was met with silence when I gave them my name, and a woman walking around aimlessly for 5 minutes. She then came back and said “I’m sorry I gave your order to someone else”. Which I found hard to believe. After I waited for them to remake my order, they told me I had to pay. Even though I had already paid online and gave them proof of doing so. They then looked at me like I had three heads and told me “Yea but you still have to pay”. HUH??? I ended up leaving without taking my food. Pure incompetence to the point of being hilarious. Come here if you want a good laugh and your time wasted

Went for food at 11:30, store was open yet locked with nobody inside. Employee came back from a delivery 20 minutes later. There was no sign stating they’d be back later. Very frustrating when you have a short lunch break.

Ordered a tandoori panner pizza.. we got extra cheese pizza as well. In addition, we got 5 dips as well.. First of all pizza was a little burnt, Secondly, It was really hard for us to find the toppings.. It was more likely a cheese pizza, not a tandoori panner pizza. whats the point of ordering xxl pizza with any toppings if it’s just a cheese pizza. Paid around 36$. Really dissatisfied.

I ordered the chicken burger expecting something pretty straightforward but apparently “cooked through” was more of a suggestion than a standard. The inside was severely underdone and definitely not what you hope to see when you cut into poultry. I get that mistakes happen, but serving undercooked chicken isn’t exactly a small oversight, especially at a restaurant that claims their mission is to offer exemplary service. As much as I wanted to enjoy a simple burger, it’s hard to feel satisfied when the food isn’t fit for human consumption. Friendly staff and good intentions can only go so far but at the end of the day getting the food right is kind of the whole point of a restaurant.

We ordered the cheese stuffed Italian sausage pizza. I don't know what your sauce is made of but why did it taste like tandoori sauce? Scale of 1/10: 3 We ordered the donair. We had it with red onion and tomatoes with donair sauce. The pita was rock hard. The meat was dry and overcooked. There was alot of sauce, very few tomatoes and few onion. Scale of 1/10: 1 We ordered the funnel Stix. Good, but when did you start mixing them with cayenne in the cinnamon and sugar? Tasty though. Scale of 1/10: 9 We ordered the popcorn chicken poutine. Excellent. Scale of 1/10: 10 The driver was courteous and polite. Our order was quick. It's a shame the pizza and donair were so dreadful. Because of that, we most likely won't order from here anymore.
Placsd online order af 7:15pm. Recived email saying will be ready at 7:35pm. Went for pick up at 740pm. The sfaff diddnt make my pizza. After I told I am for pick up she told wait. I saw she started making my pizza at 7:45pm whereas email saying the pizza will be ready at 735pm. Even more rediculous, she told me that I have to inform here that online order is placed. Why? Doesnt the system tell u? What is use of online ordering. I am sitting here writing review its 755pm and my pizza is still in owen.

I recently lost my AirPods Pro somewhere near the store. I remember taking them out at the bench in the store, which was the last time I saw them. After realizing they were missing, I called the store, but they said no earbuds had been found. Customer service also told me I’d need to come back in person to check the CCTV footage.
When I went in a few days later, a lady told me I had to come back at 11:50 a.m. to view the footage. However, when I returned at that time, another lady told me to come back again at a different time. I kept coming back and forth for about two weeks, only to eventually speak with a man at the desk who told me that the footage is erased every week.
This was incredibly frustrating and felt like a waste of my time. I can’t believe a customer has to come in daily for two weeks to see CCTV footage, only to find out it’s routinely deleted. At this point, I feel the camera serves no purpose. Thank you for wasting my time.

Ordered our pizza tonight with light sauce, and it looked like they purposely slathered the pizza with triple thick sauce . Was even in the notes on the bill. Its the second time, so im done ordering from them .

This chicken is so raw I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Customer service was no help and showed no accountability since it was ordered through Uber. Uber didn’t “cook” the food. To be fair neither did pizza73.
