Pizza 73 has gone right downhill. The prices are far too high for what you get. And when I ordered the pizza was awful and there was such little toppings and the boneless wings were overcooked and burnt and when I called back to complain about the order and told the lady to come and get the awful food and get me another order they said they couldn't help me. This is such a bad chain.There are many other places in the area that are so much better.I would not waste my money ever on Pizza 73 again. This change should be completely embarrassed.

I recently ordered from Pizza 73 on 17 Ave in Calgary, and I have to say, it was fantastic! We tried both the veggie and the doner pizzas, and they were absolutely amazing—loaded with fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The crust was just right, and every bite was delicious. Great job to the team for consistently delivering such high-quality pizza. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

I recently ordered a pizza and informed the staff over the phone that I have a meat allergy. Unfortunately, this information was not communicated at the store, putting me at serious risk. When I called Pizza 73 again, I was assured that I would receive a replacement pizza.
However, I was extremely frustrated when two staff members still tried to sell me the same pizza, fully aware of my allergy. Their disregard for my health and safety is completely unacceptable. One of the staff even spoke dismissively in their local language, saying “tussi fussi,” which added to my distress.
I urge the management to address this issue with their staff. Customer safety, especially regarding allergies, must always come first. It is unacceptable to risk someone’s health over 2 pizzas.
