We came here with a group for my friend’s birthday. My friend’s husband made the reservation months ago but they didn’t have our reservation when we all showed up. We had to wait, but they did honour our reservation and get a table thrown together. We figured this was a slight inconvenience but they did get the table together so we were fine. The waiter seemed frazzled and a little confused at times. We all ordered our food and drinks, but my pizza was just completely forgotten about. I gave it a bit and then flagged the waiter down to ask. He said he would go get it from the kitchen but it was obvious that the order never went it in and our whole group was done eating by the time I got my pizza. We first got there at 6pm but by the time I finally got my entree, it was close to 8:30. The one pro to my experience here is that the food was very good…but I did have to pack up most of my pizza to go because my party was done and I felt weird being the only person eating and we had all been there for 3 hours at the point, so I didn’t even get to really enjoy most of it while it was fresh. They did not even offer to discount the pizza, just said sorry that something messed up with their system or something like that…Whatever. They did bring a round of after dinner shots on the house for the mix up with the reservation, which was appreciated but probably not something we would have ordered ourselves, more like something we took because it was what was being offered but the kicker with that is that the birthday girl and her husband don’t drink. While the gesture was nice, it was a little useless. I want to try them again, but we will likely not be back for a long while. I really wanted to like it and was looking forward to eating the food so I definitely feel a bit let down.Parking: There is very little parking, and the streets around the place are by permit or 2 hour parking. Hope we didn’t get a ticket to add insult to injury.

Booked Pizza Culture for my wife's birthday. Got there and they lost our reservation for 12. Asked that we come back later. We argued and they made a table for us that I assure you broke fire code. Ordered our food and it was delicious I have to admit. Problem was they forgot a pizza for one person in our party who then had to eat alone when everyone else was finished. They then came around and offered free shots for the mistakes. Our party was happy but my wife and I do not drink so that helped nothing for us. Then it took forever to get our bills. Felix our waiter had to ask us what we ordered as he was lost. This whole experience took from our reservation time of 6pm until 845pm to ordered an appetizer and a pizza. Brutal.Overall Felix was borderline incompetent and the service was some of the worst I've had. Only saving grace was the food is at least excellent.Won't be back as there is a lot of excellent pizza out there from establishments that take care of their customers.

Mmmm, what a perfect slice of za!!! We ordered the New Yorker with mushrooms. OMG!!! The way the fire curls up the edges of the pepperoni. Creating the perfect salty/spicy bite each time. OMG!!! ??The oh, so perfectly foldable seasoned crust. We went on a Thursday and had a bottle of wine for 25% off. What a perfect combination. We will definitely return. Is it Thursday yet?!

the base is always doughy. i gave this place two chances and it hasn't changed. i can see they are tryin got achieve the charring on the bottom, but when it is doughy it offsets what's you think you are being presented with. Aside from this one downside, ingredients are fresh and the pizza topping combinations are delicious (only tried the fungi pizza and the old school cappricciosa). The pizza would've tasted top notch, possibly best in Calgary, but a doughy base overpowers the fresh ingredients. I would consider this place the most authentic and tastiest, IF they fix their base.

Amazing pizza ! It’s a wood fired napoltana style pizza. Server recommended the Quattro formaggio and the real Jeremiah. Service was quick and friendly even though it was jam packed inside the restaurant. Pistachio gelato was the perfect ending to our pizza culture visit. We will be back !

My wife and I love this place. We ordered the calabrese and quattro formaggi. Probably one of the best pizzas we’ve had, the crust… Try the pickled peppers. I can’t wait to eat at this place again to try more items on their menu.
