Don't know if it just me or their toppings really went on a diet. It isn't like before. Little cheese, less toppings. Charge more, but make a better pizza.

the pountine is abosolutely terrible, it felt like a spoonful of salt going into my mouth everytime i took a bite. The fries were drenched in oil and salt, the gravy wasnt even gravy it was more like a watery substance, and no cheese on it at all, on top of all that they told me 10-12 minutes, i had to wait 25-30 minutes for that. Extremely dissapointed.

Got an extra large tandoori paneer pizza couple days back and mentioned to get EXTRA CHEESE, when we received the order, pizza was quite light weight and thin. After asking from employee, he mentioned they put cheese on the crust before adding toppings. Paid for an extra cheese but did not get what actually extra cheese means. Franchisee is confused how extra cheese really works on the pizza. When we mentioned the conern to employee, instead of offering an exchange of pizza, he said i will put a note in our system for the next time, which does not make any sense. It was not the first time we ordered, it was third time. Base seems like rubber not sure they have used old dough or whatever. Quite dissapointed with overall experience.
