“I ordered 2 pizzas online using my phone. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas, I discovered that I had made a mistake with the 2nd pizza. I had 3 hungry children with me and the one child has allergies and could not eat either of the pizzas that were ordered. The manager put in a rush order for a pizza that the affected child could eat and had it ready very quickly. He gave the extra pizza to me free of charge even though it was my mistake. I was very impressed with the way the manager handled the situation.“

“The staff both in store and delivery are efficient and professional. If they are not busy they engage in conversation while you are waiting if you are inclined.

Store itself appears clean and they make sure to keep things organized and well stocked and maintained.“

“For the last decade, I thought skimping on toppings was a franchise-wide problem, but after picking up from this location, I realized it really depends on where you order.

I got the Super Supreme Pan Pizza and was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of toppings. If you’re craving Pizza Hut, I definitely recommend ordering from this specific location.“

“This was the second Pizza Hut we had to travel to tonight in order to use our gift cards. The staff was helpful and friendly, helped us with our order and processed our gift cards with no issue. Very thankful as the cards were a birthday gift for my son and after our interactions with the Pizza Hut in Falconridge (by the Safeway) we were concerned that the gift cards were both no good and not big enough to cover the cost of two pizzas which would have left us with a very disappointed little guy at home. So thank goodness was for this store and its staff!! We didn’t get the staff members name but she did an excellent job tonight. 5 stars all around.“
